Was waiting for a sub that was ordered. They had a kid (didn’t catch his name unfortunately, but he’s been there for lord knows how long by himself) there with a long line and several online orders backed up, no one was helping. I know I overheard one girl leave and give it to the CS manager who was just standing behind their counter giving the typical “We’re doing everything we can” rather than… actually helping, like they should when it’s that backed up. The kid that was on the sub shop? Doing great work. The managers? Awful. You should help if the line is that backed up, but I guess that’s too much to expect huh? As someone that used to work in the deli, I can tell you that this store does not have it together. Again, the kid that was working the counter is not at fault at all, he was doing the best he could in that situation, this review is entirely the fault of the management.

It kinda gets old. Ordering a sandwich online and it not being in their system when I get there just sucks.
Also, if I order and Italian sub...
Make and Italian Sub. Don't ask me what cheese I want on it thee is only one that goes on an Italian Sub.
Lastly, you have something called a "lunch rush". Why do you have little staff to cover the spike in business across ALL locations? I had to deal with one guy that actually talked slow. 12 people in line and everyone acts like it's no big deal. People have to get back to work. They don't have an hours to wait for Publix to get there act together.

I only shop here once a year and that's because I have no choice due to the gift card my job gives which because of Publix, you can no longer use to buy other gift cards for other stores which is ridiculous. Listen you know you don't want black people coming in here and I feel that tension every time I come in there. I had a manager following me one day racially profiling me because I'm a black man. This store is racist towards black people!
