Horrible experience! Placed an order online for pickup. They did not start making my order until I arrived. You have people in the deli department that don’t speak or read English. She made my order wrong. Management is rude. Deli workers are also rude. Customer service has gone to hell. Stay away from this location!

First, let me start off by saying I don't like complaining and Do not typically when something is wrong or the service is crappy. But the audacity of this guy and the other employee is HIGHLY disrespectful. Around approximately 5:10 - 6:00 pm, I entered the store because my wife asked me to get her a Publix sub. As I waited in line, 2 females were getting their food and orders prepared. I waited about a few minutes till it was my turn to order. One of the ladies grabbed their sandwich and turned around to exit and proceeded to the checkout line. Feeling hopeful, I edge up to the order area amongst the glass and bread area. Only to have the light-skinned young guy turn around and walk away as if I wasn't just standing in line. As I waited the other guy in the picture below proceeded to take care of the lady with a baby. He was taking his time talking to the girl trying to hook up with her. As I waited in line, he proceeded to go to the back and pull out a receipt and pen so the girl could write down her number. After a long period of waiting, I thought he would be like, what would u like? But no. He told the lady behind me, your next, and what would u like? The lady had to step in and say, "No, he was next." At this point, I wanted to walk out so badly, but my wife had not eaten all day. So I stayed. I told him my order, and he asked me 3 more times what I wanted on my sandwich. At this point, I'm shocked. How could they have this guy working here? Like this is a dating meet and greet. My sandwich was cold and he never toasted it like my wife wanted to. Not only was the sandwich wrong, but the customer service was even worse. This might be the worst Publix I've ever been to. If you checked the cameras you'll see how long was I on line for and him exchanging numbers and him signaling to the woman behind me after a long period of waiting. I don't not recommend anyone going here or even waisting there time.

They moved the canned condenced and evaperated canned milk before new years. I make desert that requires this item, yet nobody at Publix knows what isle its in.
Originaly it was on 1, then I was told 4. But no body really knows. Publix is my favorite place to shop, but I'm getting sick this.
I now wonder if its even stocked anymore, what a mistery

Every time I go the deli is always empty and I have to wait 30 min if want anything the staff is lazy and rude

Just like any other Publix. Great options, fresh food. Just a little tight but overall great store.

I'm going to stop coming here. Every time I order ahead(an hour ahead usually) it takes at least 20+ more minutes. People who are walking up to the deli and not ordering ahead are getting their deli items before ours.

I am so disappointed in this store! I went to the deli to have a salad made for lunch , the person making the sandwiches said what I wanted and I told her can you make me a salad with citrus chicken. She said no , I said that’s weird I’ve been to 6 other Publix stores and they did it for me no questions asked. She then asked her deli manager or however and the lady said we don’t do that here and I said I’ve been to other Publix stores and they’ve done it before . I told her I’m diabetic, and I’m on a strict diet and this is what I eat for lunch before I take my insulin. She then said I would have to ask my manager , I told her no worries it seems like I’m wasting everyone time just to get a salad made . Shopping here was not a pleasure!!!!

Its a pretty small Publix. They need to remodel like the one by Fletcher. *Update* this store has to be a candidate to be demolished and rebuilt. *UPDATE* Staff at this store are great, but store so small & outdated. I am lowering my rating from 2 stars in hopes it will make one of the top 5 worst Publix stores in tiktoc

Angel in the deli was incredibly rude to us. He was snappy, unfriendly, and short with his answers. In addition to this, he took about 30 minutes to make 2 subs.
As if that experience wasn’t bad enough, when we went to check out, Ce Ce was also very unfriendly. She slammed our stuff down with an attitude and when I commented on it, her response was “I’m tired. I’m just so tired.” This is no excuse. We all work when we are tired and the rudeness we received was not at all okay.
I really hope that there is some kind of counseling for these employees so that they can learn what basic customer service means.
