I've been a customer at this Publix forever. It's always been a great store. But lately I can see it going downhill. Today once again I ordered lunch meat online so I could pick it up. Get there and even give them 30 minutes past time it's supposed to be ready and AGAIN not ready! No customers around at all just didn't do it? Why do you offer this if it's never ever ready on time? So I just left aggravated will get it somewhere else. AND no baggers at all at checkout? Not like Publix at all! I was bagging my own groceries which is not ok and the manager walked right by me looked at me doin it with his arms folded and kept walking! Felt like Walmart today maybe I won't go back!!

Most of you bogo's Out of stock on the shelf. And when you inquire about him getting negative attitude from customers service is not ideal for businesse. We need to do better.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Miss Winnie in the hot food/deli section. She was so nice and helpful; truly a kind lady. Publix 12 Oaks is very lucky to have someone like her!

Publix means quality on everything. Very clean and organized place. You may find what you are looking for since they have almost everything.

Deli need more ppl. Always short handed and the hot food section always out. This place must be managed by Walmart. They never have ppl to bag groceries. I’ll just go to Walmart if you gotta do all that and save. It’s not really a Publix. It’s a poorly run Walmart trying to be Publix
