Usually, it's okay to shop here but today they ran blood pressure to the moon. I had two downy defy coupons to use and they have the product on clearance. It's around $12 on clearance for 5.99 the $3 coupon would've made it. 2.99. I guess they were following the manufacture's rules but it still pissed me off nonetheless and then that added insult to injury by telling me to have a good afternoon. I guess I'm done for the day because my attitude is nothing nice right now.

From my more recent contact, around June 3:
Forgive me, but I just could not find the prompt to add a new review. However, I so wanted to make sure that David, the manager of my local Publix store on Ehrlich Rd. had a chance to know of my appreciation for his Asst Mgr. John's excellent service he provided me over the phone a few weeks ago. I am a recently diagnosed diabetic and it was around my birthday. After calling bakery after bakery whom were included in a Google search for diabetic or lower carb baked goods, only to hear that they either no longer offered those items or never did. I was so happy to have reached John. He not only confirmed the availability of such items in your store; he put me on a short hold, then returned and ready out loud to me, a whole print out of the items you stock in detail. Thank you, John! You made my day, that day.
From my previous visit.
Everything was well organized, fresh, delicious, reasonably priced. All Publix folks were helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. I did not have to look long for what I needed. As soon as I couldn't find something, someone was already asking if they could help me, I was impressed. Shopping was, indeed, a pleasure. And, it was quick. Thank you.

May be a bit more expensive, but they sell me on delivery, service management by employee's, and cleaniness.

I've not had any issues at this store but don't go here often as it seems to be less convenient than the Publix on Dale Mabry near Bearss.

Publix is not the same. Employees are trash. Publix was a place you could go shopping enjoy the atmosphere had the friendliest staff. Now you can’t get any help in any dept. covid definitely made the switch to profits over patrons

Deli staff needs training. Most of them have nasty attitudes and are LAZY.
It never fails when I do an online order, it always SUCKS.
My order is probably one of the simplest they’ll have all day.
Chicken, extra buffalo, ranch, cheese, toasted…. THATS IT….. AND ITS NEVER RIGHT.
Stingy with the “extra sauce”. The sandwich I got today had NO sauce, when i selected “extra” AND wrote “extra sauce” in the notes.
Not to mention that it looked like it was run over prior to me getting it.
Should I mention that the sub was also cold? even after selecting the “toasted” option.
Why make me wait 30 min to pick up a sub, if you’re going to make it as soon as you get the order and let it sit for 20 minutes.
