This place is terrible a little over a month ago. I picked up my clothes and was told one shirt was still being processed. I’ve been back three times they’ve never been able to find the shirt and I’m not sure which of my shirts is missing. yesterday I picked up our clothes got home only to find out they were not our clothes. My wife went back there today. Spent an hour looking through their warehouse and couldn’t find our clothes. She asked for the owners name and they refused to give it to her then I called asked for the owners name or the manager was given the name of Todd, but no phone number and the lady hung up on me. these people that are working there are absolutely terrible and they don’t care about their customers.

I had a disappointing experience at Quality Plus Cleaners on Race Track Road. I dropped off 13 items on Monday, was told they would be ready by Thursday. When I returned on Friday, they could only find 6 of my items out of 13 and asked me to come back Saturday. When I returned, they still hadn’t located the remaining items.I explained I needed my clothes for a business trip on Monday and I wanted them back clean or dirty. Finally after my 3rd trip there an hour later, they found them.
What frustrated me most was the lack of an apology for the inconvenience, and I was charged full price despite the issues. When I refused to pay the full amount, they said they needed to get their boss, who didn’t come down to address the situation. One of the employees even rolled her eyes at me, which felt unprofessional.
All businesses have service issues, but it’s how they handle them that sets them apart. Unfortunately, Quality Plus Cleaners failed to meet my expectations. The one employee did manage to reduce by 20%.

Tanya from Racetrack location is a wonderful employee of Quality Plus cleaners. She helped me to resolve recent issues easily. I had a wonderful customer experience today because of Tanya. Thank you Tanya!!!!!!

If you need your clothes on time and do not want to waste your time, I do not recommend going to this establishment. I dropped my clothes Friday morning and they still were not done on Wednesday night (at first they couldn’t even find my blazer and tried to give another one)I took home my dirty blazer on Wednesday night without it even being touched. Didn't want to go back the 4th time. No call to me even after we came on Monday and Tuesday to pick up items, knowing it still wouldn’t be ready on Wednesday. Tanya B. is apparently the manager and she has a terrible attitude( she was there when I dropped clothes off, no hi no thank you, no BYE. Tried to hand me back my cloth belt w/ no explanation. Let her know I needed that cleaned, too). When I called to speak with manager, she answered. She didn’t apologize, she brushed it off because they have 11 stores and my clothes needed more time. No call and not even a “I am sorry.” 0 customer service skills. I would be embarrassed if I owned this place.

Mid service. Manager lady not friendly or welcoming. They could use more customer service training. Quick turn around time. Prices are a little high.

Altered a set of pants and dry cleaned a suit for my wedding within 2 days of the actual wedding, Which they told me was pushing it... and luckily they got it done the morning of; so I was able to pick it all up and everything went swell... Thanks!
Tailoring is tailoring, no matter what language you speak, And they got it right!

Just picked up my two pairs of dress pants I needed hemmed. First, the seamstress does not speak English, second was not personable only the lady behind the counter was. She quotes me $60 I pay $70 and on top of that my belt is dirty as if she stepped on it. Very disappointed, will not be back.

They are terrible to not trust them with anything! They lost my duvet for a month. They were supposed to call me when they found it, but no call. I had go there 4 times before they found it. I'll never go there again. Find a different dry cleaner!

An absolute joke at the pricing of this dry cleaner. $40 to dry clean a tuxedo, complete robbery. Very friendly and professional staff but insanely expensive!!I WONT use them again.

Vanessa, who was manning the front counter, saved the day (and a customer) for Quality Plus Cleaners. There were issues in how my military dress uniform came back, obviously multiple production mistakes. VANESSA took the time to immediately correct the issues and make it right. Not only that, but she had a great attitude about doing so. She also applied a credit for those items. Mistakes happen, but AWESOME employees like Vanessa can (and sometimes DO) save a customer. She needs a RAISE, Quality Plus!

Second chance was even worst that the first. Two years ago we went to Europe, came home with piles of laundry and dry cleaning. I dropped it all of, the girl took it and insisted she would carefully count it all out and put it in the system. I believe her and left. Went back to get my clothes a week later and half of them were missing and mine were filled in with random peoples things I had never seen before. I never did get everything I brought in and a few pieces still gone were Dior and Dolce. Now I give them a second chance with a beautiful pair of leather pants and a Dior scarf to be dry cleaned. The scarf is nowhere to be found even tho I have a ticket and ticket number and my leather pants weren’t dry cleaned they were wet laundered, hung up wet and covered in mold when I picked them up. They kept them and cleaned them properly and when I picked them up they actually tried to charge me for them which I did not pay. Came home and the pants had to go into the trash. The leather was messed up from the Washer and they did not fit the way they are intended to fit. Still no call from the manager on my $700:00 Dior scarf but warning, DO NOT USE THIS company.

I recently took one of my favorite dresses to this cleaner on Alderman and Alt 19. On day of pick up, I was told they can’t find my dress. Come back in 2 day. I said excuse me. I want my dress. They guy was rude. The place is overwhelmed. No one cared. I waited. No dress. I called the main plant and spoke with the manager Pam. She said bear with them and they would find it. That was 5 days ago. No word. Called back yesterday 11/5 and asked to speak with Pam - not available but we will have her call you back. No call. I have been getting the run around for over a week. I definitely would never use this cleaner. I had a skirt with it and got that back-tell me how that happens. How do you lose a dress? Did it fall off the back of the truck? Maybe stolen? I don’t know because I can’t get anyone that will talk with me.
