Asked for my shirts to be laundered … they decided to dry clean them without my permission. My bill was over double the cost of what was anticipated.
No communication and no effort to resolve the issue

The lady that attended me wiped her hands on someone’s shirt as I walked in, proceeded to answer a phone call while helping me causing me to just stand there and wait, and then answered my question with “have you never been to a dry cleaners before?” without answering the actual question. Needless to say I didn’t bother leaving my clothes there to get ruined.

Not “Quality”. Worst customer service experience from moment we walked in. Our 7 items were $165 & items were not tagged, not cleaned, not ironed/steamed & 2 garments were ruined, neither employee or manager cared.

Horrible service for me…they lost my clothing items twice. I’m chalking this up to a loss since they want me to jump through hoops to prove how much I paid for an item(s) I purchased years ago, due to circumstances I had no part in (loss of my items). I will not be back.

I asked one of staff members about the price of pressing only. Not cleaning a couple of days before. The price has changed when I actually bring my clothes. I want to an explanation why the price is different than a couple of days before. But she basically no explanation and complained to me that I remove some clothes because of the price difference. This is my the first review on any review sites. I am not going to use this store anymore.

Dropped off a two piece suit and a dress for 2 day cleaning. Was told my items would be ready by 530pm. Upon picking up my items only the suit was ready and was told the dress required an additional day due to some minor stains. The person working was incredibly rude when speaking to me and No one contacted me about an additional day of cleaning required… but I needed the dress cleaned for an event. They assured me it would be cleaned in time for a 3pm deadline. When I picked the dress up the stains were still there and appeared that no cleaning took place to the dress and was still charged $19. I kind of wrote it off but then noticed double creasing on the pants of my suit that looked super sloppy.Service: Dry cleaning

We dropped off a white comforter that we’ve had for two months about 3 weeks ago. When we came to pick it up it smelled musty and had a big yellow stain on it. My husband brought it back and explained to the woman working that it had a stain that was never there. She agreed and told him she wasn’t sure when they’d be able to get to it because they were really busy and she’d have someone call him. I then came back, I was upset that no one seemed to care to do anything about the fact that we paid them $40 and they ruined our comforter. She seemed annoyed with me and said she wasn’t the one who did the cleaning. I then called the corporate office and they told me to send pictures and they would take care of it at no charge and expedite it. That was 5 days ago, I’ve called since and was told they were looking into it and that they’d call me back. They still haven’t. I still don’t have my comforter. I’ve never left a one star review before but I’ve never dealt with such a poorly run establishment that doesn’t seem to care about their customers. I’m hoping maybe this will get them to call me back and get our comforter back to us or at the very least refund us and replace the item they ruined.
