Do not bring your clothes here! They will lose them and then refuse to pay for a replacement. Had several shirts damaged and/or lost. It is by far the worst run business I have ever experienced.Service: Clothes pressing

This 5 star rating is for this associate that when above and beyond to resolve my lost clothing claim. After months (about 5 months) of back and forth with several associates at this location and others with respect to $600 + in lost clothing it was not until Chanelly took control of the claim and called corporate and personally made sure my claim was resolved and I had a check for my missing items in less than 2-3 weeks. I want to thank Chanelly for her professional, helpful and supportive assistance in getting this resolved. She is an asset to this company and location. I am thankful she was able to resolve this for me and I truly hope Quality Plus Cleaners Recognizes Chanelly for her customer service and support skills. She took a dreadful drawn out situation and resolved it for me in a fraction of the time everyone else "tried to help" me. Thank you Chanelly you ROCK!!!!

We have been using this service since the early 2000's. Have never had a negative experience. They, like so many other vendors are overworked and probably understaffed so they have the occasional issues so many other businesses suffer. That being said, they do an outstanding job and the staff has always been welcoming, accommodating and put out a quality product!Services: Laundry wash & fold

Will not be back. I've been a customer for over 7 years and the service lately has been awful. Final straw was today picking up my clothes. I get there at 6:57pm and was told they were already closed when the hours everywhere say they're open to 7:00pm. I know it was close to closing, but I could have got my items and been gone before the actual closing time. I was just given an attitude by the person who clearly didn't want to be there like it was my fault I interrupted them going home early. With prices the way they are, there is no reason I need to tolerate bad service. Will not be back.Service: Laundry pick-up

I used to use this place now I don't for several reasons a new face every few months how can I trust my expensive items with a company that is always changing people now Friday I went to drop off my stuff the new lady who is NOT friendly like the last lady has no customer service skills was rude told me about a Saturday charge for next day and also a same day charge come on so she told me if I don't like it I could go somewhere else well I did and they have now lost my service and I will be telling everyone also stop losing and ruining people's clothes get my neighbor his money so he can replace his shirt!DONT GO THERE THEY ARE RUDE LIE AND DONT CARE ABOUT YOU AND LOSE YOUR STUFF AND NOW THE new girl is a rude ....... Lapels and cedars will get my business and I hope yours too Your customer service needs help bring back the nice people!

I've been using this place for the past 3 years. It's close to my home and offers Same Day Service. I typically drop off once a week and spend a good amount. For the past two years it's been a fight to get my clothes back same day. If you don't want to do same day, why even offer it? I was told today it will be a 30% up charge for same day now. This will be the last time I use you moving forward. Way to walk over dollars to get pennies.

Extremely upset; I took a brand new, never used wedding dress for preservation. I was told it would take 2 weeks; they never called so I called and was told two more weeks. called again and was told they were waiting for the box and would then be one more week. called again after that week and stii no dress and alleagedly they still have no box. Almost two months later I still have no dress; will be contacting law enforcement and my attorney soon if no dress by the end of this weekService: Wedding gown preservation

Very pricey and very poor quality of laundryShirt collars were as dirty as beforeCharges double price from the existing rate for laundry and dry cleaning, on top of that charged extra money for environmental fee. Disgusting stay away from this.

This place is a mess. When we pulled into the drive through, no one came so we had to pull around and walk in. After I walked in, I continued to wait. Someone finally came, went to get my items and dropped two of my articles on the floor and I had to ask for them to be picked back up (WOW)… (defeats the purpose of dry cleaning). They tried to check me out and we’re missing an item and a belt. They found the item (eventually) but not the belt. I have to go back to get the belt because “it was on the truck”. After I hopefully get my belt, I will be seeking a new dry cleaner. If I could give no stars I would. They charged me full price even though I’m missing part of an outfit.Service: Organic dry cleaning

I was in there with many items they lady was so polite and she said under new management they are now getting alterations on site thank you Kim I will definitely be returning and my shirt stains came out I am amazed
