I love this location. All my blood work is done here. They also have a gentle phlebotomist and her name is Juanita.
If you have a fear of needles, I can assure you that she will make you feel completely at ease. She has a gentle way of inserting the needle at the perfect angle. Many times, phlebotomists make adjustments to the needle once it's in the vein, and you can feel it moving around, almost as if they’re poking your vein. With Juanita, that’s never an issue. I would give her 10 stars.
Having had negative experiences in the past, I truly appreciate when medical professionals show empathy for the emotional side of procedures. When a professional is careful and considerate, it helps you feel more relaxed and less anxious. It also makes you more likely to return for future treatments.

I had an appointment today for 9:20 am, I arrived at roughly 7:25 am and advised that if it was possible could I be seen sooner if possible they were able to see me less than 20 mins later. I was able to make it work and grab breakfast. Thank You Quest :)

UNBELIEVABLY DISGUSTING STAFF AND LOCATION! The HORRIBLE woman at the front desk who speaks Spanish is the rudest person I have ever encountered in my entire life. While I waited for my turn today, I watched her mistreat countless patients, and when one individual dared to ask for a supervisor, she slammed the door in their face and shouted at them to call customer service. I am appalled by the utter disrespect and outrageous treatment I witnessed here today. It’s absolutely unacceptable and disgraceful! CERO STARS

I always go as a walk-in for my blood work. I've never waited more than 15 minutes, even though the kiosk tells me it will be longer. Check in is fast and easy.

My phlebotomist, Ida, was fantastic. She's so skilled that the blood draw is quick and painless. I'm always happy when I end up with her. To be fair, I always have a positive and easy-going experience at this location, regardless of who I get. The office is clean, plenty of parking, the building is easily accessible and conveniently located next to a Panera (if, like me, you can't wait to get your coffee after fasting), and it's is simple to get to it on the second floor in a building that has little to no foot traffic.
I especially appreciate Quest's online check-in process. I receive a text, respond that I've arrived when I park, and walk into the clinic just as my name is about to be called. Scheduling is the way to go! Yet I have seen many walk-in patients receive timely appointments, if scheduling isn't an option.
