A bad experience. I had to use the bathroom to do #2 and they kept me waiting for long minutes. The nurse informed me that I am the one who needs the work and that I could come another time since I am the one who needs the work. What he doesn't know is that if he had made me #2 that would be a big demand, but we are Hispanic and we don't matter in the vast majority of places. It's a good thing I don't have to come here anymore.

I had a frustrating experience with the walk-in policy at this location. I was nearly finished checking in at 11:40 when I was approached and asked if I had an appointment. When I inquired about the cut-off time for walk-ins, the staff member hesitated before stating it was 11. Since the doors close at 12, this policy should be clearly communicated—either posted in the clinic or reflected in the check-in system, which allowed me to proceed past 11.
Given my work schedule, this was the only time I could visit, and clearer information would have helped me avoid this situation. I may consider other locations in the future.

Quest puts profit before people by overbooking appointments which effectively treats their employees like robots and customers like cattle. My 1000am appointment wasn't called until 1030am because more appointments are booked than can realistically be done. I thought the staff were excellent considering the pressure they are under from their management to get people in and out as fast as possible. The facility appeared clean and well maintained

I have relied on Quest for many years now. There is no wait if you make your appointment online, and check-in is easy using your phone. The phlebotomists are usually pleasant and good at what they do. You will be notified when results are available, and these can be reviewed online (including explanatory notes and historical graphs), but getting around on the web page is a bit clunky.

Terrible system! I do not recommend it if you have to leave a laboratory sample, it is ridiculous that you have to make an appointment for that, I waited for more than three hours and they never called me. That was very ridiculous!

I found it difficult to find answers to some questions that I needed because there was no one to ask at the site. I also found it time consuming to make an appointment and wait until I was called just to return a urine sample.

Was called by my first name when there was two of us with the same name. I asked the phlebotomist If she called me and she replied “yeah something like that”. Then she was like I didn’t call you I called the other person. Mind you I had confirmed with her but she was completely disconnected smacking her gum. Just horrible customer service and long wait even with appointments. Will not recommend.

I have two orders from two different doctors for different tests. Before the blood collection, I specifically reminded the staff that I had two blood tests, and she confirmed it. However, they only ran one test, so I had to get my Fasting blood drawn again. The waiting time was about 45 minutes even with an appointment.

Worst service, just had my blood work done, the Nurse picking my sample had almost pierced into my vain without any skill, lead to severe bleeding, very bad on treating the patients as human, she was worst

I got to my appointment, was easy to check up. The waiting time wasn't that long. The staff is courteous and skilled. They performed an excellent service !
