Had no problems, easy check in, in and out.

Then on July 25,2025 my wife came home from this locations with a purple marked on her arm, the phlebotomist told her is her fault for putting cream on her arms. WOW, wife told me she even did not told her to close her fist to check for the veins. Now you getting very bad reviews and it looks quality is decreasing comparing to other quest locations.

Quest Diagnostics is a really nice place. I scheduled my appointment from my phone for the same day, was doing my check in when my name was called. No wait time, and the people are always friendly. I also love how clean it is there.

My spouse had an appointment and had to wait for 50 minutes to be seen. This is not the first time this has happened at this location, so I am assuming there must be an issue, but don't know what it is.

Overall, very efficient operation. When checking in I didn't see an option to scan the QR code that I received in advance but otherwise check in was easy. The lab tech didn't speak good English, but she was super-fast and efficient, I barely felt the procedure.

i HAVE TOLD EVERYONE I TALK TO NOT TO NOT USE QUEST DIAGNOSTIC BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY TO FIND OUT IF THEY HAVE THE REFERRAL FOR ANY PARTICULAR TEST, OR WHEN TEST RESULTS ARE SENT BECAUSE NO WAY TO TALK TO HUMAN OR TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS VIA OF TEXT OR E-MAIL. WITH THIS EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER USE QUEST AGAIN

Skipped me multiple times. I made in a walk in appointment at 10:20 and didn't get a text until after they skipped me. During that time I made another appointment on the website and that was up 40 minutes ago and I've been in the waiting room the whole time. I've watched people come in and make walk in appointments and get seen and leave without them calling me. I can't stay here all day, there is no one to talk to, and this is absolutely ridiculous. 2 appointments over an hour and a half and I still haven't been seen.

My husband had an appointment for routine blood work and was seen quickly, which we appreciated. However, we encountered a frustrating issue with their billing estimate process. He was told he owed $150, which surprised us since his insurance typically covers lab work at 100% and he had already met his out-of-pocket maximum earlier in the year.
When we asked what the charge was for, the technician repeatedly stated that she couldn't see that information and that we didn’t have to pay right away. We didn’t feel comfortable proceeding without knowing what we were being billed for. Only after firmly insisting was the tech suddenly able to print an itemized list of the tests and estimated costs. It turned out that the estimate was incorrect—none of the tests were outside of what his insurance covers, and ultimately, we ended up owing nothing. Had we just taken the tech's word, we'd still be fighting for a refund.
While we’re grateful for the quick appointment, it’s concerning that such a significant error occurred and that we had to press so hard just to get basic information.
