Today we had the opportunity to have Wilmary draw my sons and my blood . The fax never came from my son‘s doctor, and she took an extra step to help us get a verbal confirmation and get everything written up and entered in the system. She went the extra mile for us. My son has surgery on Monday so it’s urgent that we got this taken care of today. She was amazing and I am thankful we got paired with her today.

I was required to provide a credit card for estimated charges that may not be paid by my insurance company. My insurance card clearly states I have $0 copays, yet $76 was held on my credit card. I understand that it may take 180 days for Quest to reconcile the account with my insurance company.

I was seen by Joanna and Yanet. Upon arriving, the place was clean and organized. Check in was simple and fairly quickly. I got taken to the back and had forgotten to bring my paperwork. Joanna was very kind and understanding, and she reassured me saying that I could come back with the paperwork today, that even though she was going on lunch she would hand me off to Yanet who would take care of me. When I came back from getting my paperwork Joanna was still at lunch so Yanet took care of me. She was very personable and super sweet. She took my blood very quickly and I honestly did not even feel the needle go in at all. I faced some issues with my paperwork, and Yanet was super kind and did everything possible to find a solution to which she did. Even when the clinic faced a WiFi network issue, she remained super patient and kept me reassured throughout the whole process. She is also bilingual and speaks Spanish. I totally recommend going here, bathrooms were clean and everything is super organized and easy.

Everyone is subjected to Quest for their labs. It’s not as if we have a choice from our doctors where to go, so rating them is sort of arbitrary, BUT… why is everyone who works there so miserable? I can’t say that I’ve ever been greeted with warmth, so I have to assume it’s a company culture issue. Treat your employees right!

Very clean and well organized facility. Essentially zero wait time (with an appointment). The technician was polite, friendly, and was very expeditious during my visit. Highly recommended!

My daughter (9) had her first blood draw here. She was extremely nervous, and our phlebotomist was just awesome. Explained everything to my daughter in detail, kept her calm, and brought in another friendly and compassionate employee when she saw how nervous my daughter was, just to keep her focused. Sonia was highly proficient, took time to make sure she found the vein in advance, and got everything squared away on the first shot. Great experience!!! Thank you to our super professional "flamingo hippopotamus" Sonia!?

Went to Sheldon Rd location at 2 PM. Nobody was there and was seen immediately. Tech was great. Very pleased.
