I Am extremely happy with the Customer service I received today. I went there 5 minutes before closing because my tire was bouncing. Michael went to check the tires and had Daquon check the knobs to make sure they were secured. Daquon checked every knob and tire with a smile. I am extremely satisfied with the service and feel very grateful for their time. Amazing employees 💪💪

Used to be my go-to place. Not anymore. Front staff has a terrible attitude, disrespectful toward the customer, and please someone send Ben seems to anger management, snapping at me as customer. Tried to leave, but the tech was already testing the car on the road.
If you are considering it, don't.

I waited 3 hours for an oil change. My actual oil change was made in around one hour and half the woman on the front received the paperwork and decided to do her own thing after I notice that I went to ask how much long and she told me 10 more mints she even step out the office to buy an icecream. That 10 mint turned to 1 more hour.

Went in for an oil change asking to take a peak at my exhaust. Was told “ its fine” turns out it’s not! Service advisor Micheal talked a big game about knowing about the S550 Mustang. Turns out he doesn’t know squat. Reluctantly returned for a transmission service and asked for them to check out a sound coming from the drivers wheel area. Was told by Benjamin there is “ nothing “ they see. Decided to personally take a look and the wheel splash shield was loose, rubbing up against the tire and disintegrating. Sadly makes me wonder if any of the work I paid for was actually done as a professional “ tech “ didn’t see my exhaust issue or my splash guard issue after sending me a video confirming they looked and found “ nothing “. Screw these guys. Pathetic!

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND FORD ELDER TAMPA QUICK LANE. I brought my vehicle for a full inspection, and at drop-off Benjamin promised all services would be reported to CARFAX. Instead, they only reported the bare minimum (“oil change” and “tire rotation”) while claiming inspections aren’t reported because they “don’t want to pay” to include them. Arne Abrahamson, the Service Manager, confirmed this in writing. This is dishonest and misleading — they do the minimum, charge you, and refuse to correctly update your CARFAX. If you value transparency and proper service history, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Most of the time these people help me with no problem at all, but the moment I need some actual work done it’s always a hassle due to the fact that I have the warranty options when I bought my vehicle I feel like since they know I’m covered they give me a hard time getting some of the work I need done for example I’ve been trying to get in touch with one of the service advisors for about a week now I went in person. They told me I would have to schedule an appointment across the street I called across the street. They told me I would have to go schedule the appointment back at QUICK LANE so they’re sending me back-and-forth after I’ve given them multiple calls and left multiple Messages, I hate the fact that I have to go through this, especially since I spent so much money on the warranty that they offered me.

Unfortunately I took my f150 in for an oil change it took them nearly 2 1/2 hours to complete due to the fact they had to do it twice because the first time they forgot to put the oil filter on my truck and started the truck and the engine blew out nearly 3 quarts of oil which is horrible for a motor I get that stuff happens but I don’t know how you can forget such a routine step in this process then after that I wanted them to clean the oil on my truck off the gentleman took my truck to have it (washed) when I got home and got under my truck to see oil was everywhere got on my driveway in garage etc I was very understanding that accidents happen but to lie to my face and give my truck back coated with oil completely shows the disregard for customer service and lack there of I messaged the advisor on this issue after and he stated he would get back to me haven’t heard a word thanks elder appreciate it .
