James failed to greet or acknowledge me when I entered the store this morning. I stopped in to purchase 3 cans of Monster Rehab Green Tea at the advertised price of buy 2 get one free. However they didnt have any in stock. I purchased a powerball ticket before leaving. The other associate working here in Sunday September 28, 2025 didnt make eye contact, greet or engage while he waited on me at the register. I do not recommend this location.

To Amanda, the CSR who did not think or know I should have a bag for my items after purchasing alcohol. 2 single beers. By Florida law to leave the store.
I really do not appreciate your Nast attitude and hostility when asking for a bag. After you rolled your eyes at me while approaching with my food and drinks.
After asking are you okay?
The response of I don't know I thought you needed something was quite poor. I'm sorry you're having a bad day was my response and you proceeded to try and bring me down yo your level.
Sorry young lady but I'm not the problem....

Hands-down, the cleanest and most organized gas station/convenience store that I have ever entered. Kudos to the team here for obviously caring a great deal about your store and it shows by your displays of utmost professionalism and pride in your work. Cheers!

The old women working at night time needs to go and learn how to treat costumers and not be judgmental towards them. They were gossiping about costumers to other costumers. This if the staff working at night on 06/19/2024.

In November of 2022 I slipped and fell in Race trac store, the floor has spilled on it. I hit my head and was blocked out for a minute. After the fall I couldn't stand, sit or work for about 3 months. I had some form of concussion, headaches, dizziness, nausea, pain in my neck and back. Pain was unbearable , mental confusion, disorientation, fatigue, which depresses me. My life was a nightmare went to hell and back during those time. It is now over a year and am still suffering from head and neck pain from that fall. Racetrack owners am still suffering without any compensation from you.
