Dressing rooms need to be opened again at all locations. Buying things just to take them back (because they dont fit) is insane and inconvenient. I rarely shop here anymore.

Love the store but the dressing room is always closed so you can’t try on clothes and instead have to return clothes without 7 days for a refund if they don’t fit.

Rainbow always has the deals. You can never go wrong with just about any outfit you have in mind when shopping here.. besides business professional attire, it may be hard to come across. But this is definitely a fun store and priced well!

I went to the rainbow on armenia and tampa bay there Thier fitting room was closed maybe for along time. The manager advised me to purchase the clothes they would give store credit if I didn't have a receipt unfortunately the clothes wasn't to my liking and I try to return it. But now they're giving me a hard time. They won't even return the item. The purchase was made on the same day. This is how they meet their quota for the day. Management is unprofessional Argumental in front of my child and other customers.

I give it 3 stars only because it makes us clients feel uncomfortable,
1-you can't try on the clothes, they make you take them, they should think about us since many of us don't have time to go back to the store with a pressure of 7 days, if the article of clothing or any other object that is inside the store at a certain time does not fit you, however the clothes are of good quality, improve and many of us will return ??????
