On SundayJuly 21st, I visited Rainbow Shops location #00118 on Hillsborough Avenue to make an exchange. Clerk 4494cg was assisting during the exchange process, there was a discrepancy regarding the return of my original receipt when i returned home and retrieved my other item to exchange. Instead of going back to that store I went to the Fletcher location which I planned to use for a future exchange. Unfortunately, the store associate at the Hillsborough store and I were unable to resolve the issue, and I left the store without the receipt.
While I understand mistakes can happen, I believe clearer communication or additional training on handling receipts could help prevent similar situations in the future. I hope Rainbow Shops will consider this feedback to improve the customer experience.
Sidenote: I'll never spend another dollar at any of Rainbow locations. First impression was the worst.

I had the worst customer service encounter at Rainbow while shopping. Being racially profiled was an awful experience. I went in with my receipt to exchange items and make more purchases, but the staff member had different intentions. She accused me of wearing the dress after handling and stretching it herself, then stated it was against policy to exchange or return. Both she and her coworker proceeded to make racial insults towards me. This was extremely offensive and disrespectful, and I had to leave. Such treatment at Rainbow was truly unexpected and hurtful.

I want to commend tha managers and staff at this RAINBOW.. For the Amazing cleanliness of the store, the welcoming and Knowledgeable staff.
