This site says you're open till 6pm. Sign on locked door at 4:28 says you're closed at 4. Now I have to get my ink somewhere else. Too bad - I have been a loyal customer.

I’ve known both the current owners and the past owners. This is an outstanding company to do business with. I own a credit repair company, so we go through tons of ink. Their prices are way lower than you could ever find by purchasing a new cartridge anywhere. They work with you in short term billing. Their staff is always eager to help you and work with you, no matter of your circumstances. When I run out of ink it’s almost an emergency. They recognize that and have even made special arrangements to get it to me or have waited for me to pick up later than business hours, as they know how much we depend on them and the service they offer. In a world where businesses have so many choices on who to do business with, we are certainly blessed to have the best right here in Tampa.
