I have just renewed my auto insurance for the first time with State Farm and I can highly recommend Ray Matthews’ agency! Miriam was my rep and she was amazing! What a friendly, concerned, helpful, beautiful personality she has! She will take all the time you need to explain and guide you if you have questions about coverage.

Soma, an agent at this office, was wonderful and really wanted to help. She reviewed coverages with me, was patient and informative, and handled everything to set up my auto policies on the spot. I always have excellent service at Ray Mathews State Farm Agency. I’ve been concerned with my rising insurance premiums and the staff at Mr. Mathews’ office are always willing to sit down with me to go over my coverages to see if there are any changes that can be made to save a bit of money. Insurance costs are high in the state right now and I appreciate their friendly willingness to try to help and explain.

I called Ray Mathews State Farm insurance company today with several questions about my auto policy, and I was fortunate to speak with Miriam J. Smith. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. Miriam took the time to patiently answer all of my questions in detail and made sure I fully understood everything. When checking for a new Auto policy I reached out to State Farm Ray Mathews Agency. I spoke with Soma Samridhi. She was very professional and understood my needs as I was having issues with another company and needed to find affordable auto coverage.
