They loaded us in 6 hours. Hope they will gives us detention. Other than loading slowly everything looks fine. They need to hire more people or order fewer trucks.

My experience here was great. I arrived to pickup at 10:40 for a 11:00 appointment which was a live load. I was out by 11:35. Like other reviews were saying just arrive around 30 minutes before your appointment time.
