!!!!!TRUCK GATE IS ON BROADWAY NOT QUEEN PALM !!!!!! NO problem ck in 30min before appointment no issue some time a little slow. I will say a little kindness will get best results.

Go the gate no more then 30min before your appointment park you truck and trailer walk to the shipping office fill out the paperwork take to the window get a door disconnect park in the Bob tail section wait for call about 2hours hook up get paperwork out the trailer take to office and done nice people

Wont let you in till 30min before your appt.. then you stand in a hot warehouse till the one person in yhe office can help you then its back out to park disconnect and wait for a call..
