I had a fantastic experience at the Dale Mabry Red Wing. The ladies there were incredibly attentive to detail and genuinely friendly from the moment I walked in. They made me feel welcomed and took the time to really understand what I needed.
One of the highlights was getting to use their Ultimate Fit Profile machine — it was seriously cool. It scanned my feet and gave a precise breakdown of my size, arch, and pressure points. It’s clear they care about making sure you walk out with the perfect fit, not just any pair of boots.
Highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for top-notch service and quality boots that actually fit right the first time.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in today with a complaint about how my boots were killing my feet and I was not happy at the other red wing store were I got them . The ladies there were extremely helpful and assisted me with getting refitted with new pair of boots . She did the foot scan and when brought out a boot for me to try. They were comfortable right from the beginning .
I'm so happy I decided to visit their store and not just give up on the boots. I spent always all day on my feet and it's important to feel comfortable and not have sore feet . Would recommend them to everyone that needs a pair of boots . They will be my shoe store for now on. Again Thank you for the great customer service sincerely Adam

I stopped by the Red Wing location on North Dale Mabry in Tampa on 1-2-2025. I experienced excellent and professional assistance from Ornella, in helping me choose the most comfortable boot for my extremely flat feet.
She was extremely helpful and enjoyable to work with.
Highly recommend this store, excellent staff.

The girl who helped with my sales experience was very unfriendly. I didn’t know what boots and asked to try on 2-3 pairs before making my purchase. She did not seem to like that, or the fact that we had our two small kids with us. Very unfriendly staff member who made the experience uncomfortable. Her co worker was great, very friendly. I wish she greeted me instead.
