Reformation is a beautifully merchandised little store with a great sales floor. The staff is warm, welcoming, and truly great, offering a very helpful and fun styling experience. They provide a unique and futuristic try-on experience with digital displays to browse styles. While only samples are on the floor, they have a lot of stock in the back. The experience is inviting and worth checking out.

Despite the negative reviews I have read, I have actually encountered great customer service and the shopping experience here is unique and fun! My girls really love how they open a wardrobe and all the products are in there waiting for them to try on. I also ordered online and went in store to do an exchange. Super easy.

Ro is so warm and welcoming! I came in just to browse and she immediately was so inviting, but I wanted to let her know I honestly couldn’t afford anything, and she said not to worry about it and helped me to have fun and try on whatever caught my eye anyway. Thanks for the great experience, Ro!
