They do not take care of their employees, work their butts off and get nothing for appreciation in return

The Evansville Indiana plant is a horrible place to work. There are so many safety issues. The photos of the wires were on a metal platform that I worked on. I had told them about it and they did nothing for months until I finally made a report to OSHA and they were forced to. The plant manager made it a point to post something about it on a board in the break room after it was solved. He down played it as if these wires were just overhead and not right by my feet on a metal platform. I was injured because they have concrete floors with dips in them that are hard to see. That was about 2 weeks ago and they haven't filled those in, I made it a point to check today before I was fired. My ankle still isn't right. They arbitrarily change your schedule. Management is incompetent. I do not recommend anyone work there. I asked them not to use my photos in their SOP training papers but they did anyway. The pay isn't bad but the stress in that place is awful. More often than not the machines are not running and you have to walk around all day with a broom or a rag cleaning what you just cleaned the day before. The plant manager Jesse Ripley gets mad because the machines break down and takes it out on people in positions below his and that all trickles down to the operators so it seems like punishment for things the operator has no control over. I was just fired today for "insubordination" but the truth is they have wanted to get rid of me because I made an OSHA report a month or so ago about safety issues they would not address.

Disgusting bathrooms. No ventilation fans working, great if you enjoy a poo sauna.
