The freezer service at this depot restaurant is terrible, they never help and if you happen to see the guy you call him and he doesn't answer you he ignores you, there is no one to help you as if they were giving you things, there is never everything you need, a lot of clutter sometimes there is nowhere to walk.

Prices are always more expensive than what’s written on the price tags. Management expects you to do their work somehow and even places the blame on you, the customer, when you check the prices at the register. Be careful of that and the damaged merchandise!

Someone there placed an old Ribeye for sale. By the time we got to open the package that same evening the meat stunk.

Incompetent staff & management. No one is willing to help out. Their customer service is the worst and this location is a mess. You cannot walk between isles because it is so untigy. Major disappointment.

Really Great place for Restaurants, I shop at Restaurants in Bay Area California, Phoenix/Tucson Arizona, Albuquerque, NM Kansas City, (need one in wichita) Minneapolis, Columbus OH, Tampa, Orlando, and West Palm, Florida and Honestly it all comes Down to the Manger, if the Manger is good the. The store is neat, Organized the shelf’s are full of Product, The One in Tampa the shelf’s are mostly empty around fair Time, The Location I Phoenix (BMF) never has enough Registers open and the checkout line can reach the other end of the Store so really it’s hit or Miss but Mostly Hit, you might have to track down a high lift to get stuff off the Top Shelf (which you’ll need to locate) but overall they are great for Small Business.

Ordered 100 little neck clams on Dec19th for delivery dec 24 today. Literally get an email stating that wet will not get out delivery until dec 26th!!! Completely ruined christmas dinner, running around now trying to figure out what to get or where to get it. Do not buy from restaurant deport or instacart!!! Super super pissed!!!!!!!!👎👎👎👎👎👎

They don't have enough space to park a truck with a 53-foot trailer, horrible, with two doors to unload, don't come to this place, I don't recommend it to truck owners.

The customer service is horrible from the entire warehouse. They dont want to spend time helping you to find stuffs. Their stuffs are so disorganized. The cashiers dont even say hi to you when you pull up. They look miserable working here. Very basic customer service that their employees dont even have. It seems like the owners/management dont even care about the negative reviews about their employees customer service.

I recently had a bad choice at Restaurant Depot but The customer service was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us.
I was particularly impressed with their customer support. When I had a question about a product, they took the time to explain the details and ensure I made the right choice in terms of choosing the right place to shop.Their willingness to go the extra mile to provide support is truly commendable.
I highly recommend Restaurant Depot for anyone looking for quality products and exceptional customer service.

Full of lazy people not wanting to do their job. Except for a few. Management is decent. They make me feel like a burden when i ask an employee for help, terrible.
As an employer, I understand how hard it is to find good employees. But the level of disrespect youre getting from people working here is ridiculous. I am considering to take my business elsewhere if this keeps happening..

I am a truck driver and unfortunately I had to take some pallets to this place, I had to go to another place to finish unloading since I didn't leave everything here. I almost lost the food from the other place. They are slow, rude, the parking lot is terrible, they didn't allow the legal and necessary space to park safely, in 18 years of truck driving this place is for me among the worst. I will never return here

The reviews are correct. This is the Worsted depot to deliver to. The receiver is very RUDE and the lumper service wanted to be payed before I was in the Dock. Turn down the load for here before it’s too late.
