We got our new bedroom furniture delivered and it’s beautiful! The delivery men were very professional and were in and out with this extremely heavy piece of furniture! Taylor was incredible! He guided me to the right choice and is such a personable and positive person! Thank you!

Been visiting and bringing guests and clients to this location for years only to be disrespected today. It was almost as if the worker wanted to embarrass me today. I work with realtors and take photos (never been an issue) and in often times my clients will purchase their products or refer to their clients to buy furniture for their homes from this location. I take the photos of my clients on their phones and if you know about RH then you know people LOVE taking photos and making content there bc of how beautiful it is. Very disappointed in the experience. Will not be back and will never refer another client or realtor to this location. There was a way to pull me to the side and talk privately but to try to embarrass me in front of my peers and assume that I wasn’t a paying customer like everyone else was very disappointing. I will no longer send any more business to this location, been sending referrals for years.

So disappointing. This company charged me three unauthorized transaction without my concern or my authorization. I have been calling and calling. Nothing has been done to fix the issue. I'm getting lawyers involved because this is has going way to far. Do not trust this company with your credit card. They will charge you over and over. This is crazy. I never seen anything like this.
-First unauthorized transaction was for over $4k and second just happened today for almost $3k.
- I should of have $0 transaction on my credit card because I applied for their credit card. My balance there is for $24k. I have made my payments perfectly. I have no ideia how they got my credit card information at first place.
Run away from this company. Horrible experience overall.

Placed order for a $16,000 sofa, the business utilizes a shady third party delivery company that is worth one star, this is after I was charged $299.00 as a delivery fee. The pictures speak for themselves in regards to the damage received.

What's to say other than it's overpriced, cheaply built furniture. From the moment our furniture was delivered, we have been disappointed.Upon delivery, there was a huge gash in the back of one of the swivel chairs we ordered. We called and emailed but never heard back from them.It's not even summer, we've barely had company and the teak has been scratched along the edges (see pictures below).We bought Teak furniture from Costco for our patio that seems to be better quality and far more sturdy than what we bought at RH. The RH furniture design is BEAUTIFUL, but for $11,000, we would've expected just a little bit better quality and better customer service.Please don't be fooled by many of the reviews. They are posted by professional designers and stylists who decorate homes...no one is questioning the design. These furniture pieces are stunning! The quality is mediocre, if not just bad.Very disappointed all around.

Victoria was fantastic and helped us immensely by listening to my ideas and suggestions and offered appropriate recommendations. We ordered two items (one table, one upholstered piece). Her follow up was fabulous and she was responsive to all my questions and concerns. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with her on any future projects.

*** Update*** RH reached out to me after I left this review and replacement couch arrived today. Hopefully this one holds up longer than the last. The whole process did take several months and a lot of headache so I can't give them 5 stars but I do commend RH for ultimately making the situation right.
We purchased a Lancaster couch in 2016 and it started falling apart at about the 3 year mark and now at the 4 year mark the springs squeak very loud and the leaf (not sure what they are actually called) spring that runs the length for support has given out. The cushions are also completely deflated.
I have been trying to get RH to come out and look at the couch under warranty for nearly 6 weeks, as they said it was lifetime repair or replace. I have had to contact RH every couple of days to get any movement at all after initially waiting 3 weeks to hear from their “medic” which never happened.
I finally got a company assigned to me but one which has now cancelled and rescheduled on me 3 times and today asked to schedule AGAIN for next week.
AVOID RH!! They seem like they are worth it when you first get the item but the furniture does not last any longer than their competitors who are more reasonably priced. The extras you would expect from a premium brand are not there.

Soraly Lopez is extremely helpful. Ask for her if you need anything design related. She is assisting me in my efforts to design my living room and I feel so much more confident about how it’s going to turn out because of her expertise. She’s awesome!
