i just moved here from ny to flordia and i called and talked to larry on the phone- he reassured me and answered all of my questions till i felt comfortable to come in. i came in very unsure, talked to a nice man named christian. he came out, checked out my tires which are all brand new- and took it into the shop for me. there was a nail in my tire, and they patched it up for free. i’m VERY grateful for them and all of their help. i will DEFINITELY be coming back here if i have any other tire issues!!

I had a flat tire and needed help ASAP. I called them to see if they could take me an hour before closing and they said yes!! They were wonderful and fast! Highly recommend!!

A lil expensive but convenient and the payment plan options are great for those that can't afford to dish out $1000+ all at once the only thing that concerns me right now is I got my tires late yesterday afternoon and I received a message this morning that my payment is late WT??.

DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want to be harassed.
My payment was 14 days late, and RNR responded with excessive and aggressive harassment. I received multiple calls and texts daily—sometimes 2–3 times a day—and they even went so far as to send an employee to my job, my family's homes, and my residence, all on the same day. This happened despite me calling the day before to explain my situation and discuss payment options.
Not only did they ignore that conversation, but they never properly notated any of our discussions. So every time I spoke with them, it was as if the conversation had never happened. This lack of communication within their own company only escalated the situation unnecessarily.
When the employee arrived at my home, they were extremely aggressive, blocked my vehicle, and refused to let me leave. When I explained that I had already spoken to someone from their office, he called me a liar, then proceeded to yell and curse at me in Spanish.
When I brought this behavior to management, they defended the employee and falsely claimed he was on the phone with them the entire time—something that was clearly not true. However, when I sent a male family member into the shop to confront them, the employee suddenly “remembered” the entire incident.
RNR’s behavior went far beyond reasonable collections practices. This was harassment, intimidation, and an invasion of privacy. I would strongly caution anyone against doing business with this company. Their actions are not only unprofessional, but they also pose a real danger to your safety and peace of mind.

I drive a car with a funny tires size and needed new tires in the same day the guys here got me the tires I needed I’m 2 hours and installed within an hour 10/10 people

I came here to get my car aligned, but it turned out there was an issue with my tires that kept the alignment from correcting properly. The team went above and beyond, taking my car back 3 separate times to try and resolve the issue at no additional cost. Really appreciated the effort and commitment to helping me out.
