Reviews sum this place up. These peoples’ customer service skills are rock bottom. Could be a great place to spend your weekend golfing if the people here had a common sense of consideration.

I recently visited Rocky Point Golf Course on February 21st at 10:30 AM, and unfortunately, I have to share a disappointing experience regarding the service we received from the staff behind the counter and the starter.
We had booked two players through GolfNow and arranged for a third player, who holds a Sports Authority Golf Local Membership, by calling the number listed on the membership card. However, upon our arrival, we were rudely informed that only the two GolfNow tee times were recorded, and our third player’s tee time was nowhere to be found.
The staff's tone was unprofessional, and they showed no willingness to assist us in resolving the issue that stemmed from their own reservation system.
In an attempt to help solve the situation, we suggested that they send us off on the back nine, as no one had made the turn yet. Regrettably, this reasonable request was met with refusal, and the staff continued to be unhelpful and dismissive. Their lack of service and professionalism was quite shocking.
To make matters worse, we have yet to receive a refund for the two tee times we paid for but ultimately did not use due to their inability to address the booking error made by their call center.
Overall, this experience has left a sour taste, and I cannot recommend Rocky Point Golf Course based on the service we encountered. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.

Very slow play had to dodge balls ,not worth the money, will not return

Good condition, but typical slow play like most TSA courses. No starter, ranger didn't seem to do much.

Slow play all day with no one regulating it. No starter. No nothing. We stuck with it to try and finish though.
Literally was on the 18th hole and some dude with a stache drove by and said we had to turn the carts in. I asked if we could finish the hole he said NO. With day light still left. Then gave me attitude saying he was doing his job. Would recommend going some place else without jerks with slow play all day.

This course is in the worst shape its been in for the last few years and the people working behind the desk in the pro shop are unbelievably rude especially the black lady

This is the most confusing and poorly maintained course I’ve ever played. The cherry on top is that all of the water smells like an actual dumpster. If you want to be injured by a wayward drive this is the place to go.
