This new location is the largest in the region and is the size of a city block. The inside is spectacular and with the variety of on-hand inventory it's hard to imagine not finding what you need. With new couches in mind we stopped in for a look. Our sales associate Gina was a delight. Informative, patient, bilingual and friendly. She gave us space to look around and then promptly answered all our questions. RTG is very flexible and chock full of options for the buyer. I have not been to a "furniture" store in ages and this was much more pleasant than expected. Every room has detailed individual pricing as well as discounted combo pricing for sets. From high end to very reasonable allows a budget range for prospective buyers. Priorities change and for this older couple attractive and functional meant higher seats, proper lumbar support and easy to get up. We found exactly what we needed, priced under budget and great financing is the cherry on top. I'm a fan.

Service from the minute I walked in. Friendly staff. Marlon greeted me at the door and was able to help me with my needs. I was able to order couch, schedule delivery and was out the door in 20 minutes. Price was reasonable too. Delivery was fast and service was equally amazing! Thanks again R2G. Best furniture service I've had in a while!

At first, we were hardly greeted and no one wanted to help show us furniture. We’re a young couple who probably looks like we don’t have much, but we were there to buy furniture it felt like no one took us seriously. The gentleman in the patio section was very nice and eventually helped us find a rep to sell us a couch, her name was Logan. Logan was not at the front when we first came in (I assume she was with someone else) so she wasn’t part of the 10+ employees just standing around not helping clients who definitely needed it. Thankfully, Logan was so kind to us and treated us with respect. We purchased a couch that we love.

Paid $130 for delivery, and since they can not walk a patio chair past a gate. I now have to re-wait for a delivery 6 days later. I will never buy from rooms to go again. You have lost a client for life.Past items bought- kids bedroom set- two living room sets- adult bedroom set- adult bed setNew update: Round 2 still could not get past the gate, even though they said they would bring a box truck. So, they loaded the unfinished product on top of my suv and drove off. Glad I paid 130 for this.

We had an excellent experience at this location. Our rep, Martha Chevere, was thorough, responsive and very professional. Martha was quick to help us through an issue and resolved the problem quickly. Rooms to Go was a great choice for us.

Amazing experience! Shopped with an associate named Logan to furnish my living room and bedroom in my apartment. Logan was super sweet, honest, and was not pushy at all. Part of my purchase I ended up putting on lay away (moving across the country with barely nothing is expensive as hell). I had to push back my delivery date so many times to the point that I was embarrassed and thought my order would get cancelled. However Logan was absolutely patient, reassured me it would still be there and was great.There was a small incident with the first delivery where my floors got slightly damaged . However I immediately filed a claimed and roomstogo resolved it.Overall, amazing experience. Love the quality and the products. Thank you so much!Kudos to Logan!!!

Khalfani was amazing! He not only had great customer service he also has a scene of humor which made my experience at Rooms To Go memorable. The process was easy and fast and my bed was delivered carefully. I would recommend others to shop here for sure! I love my bed and my frame it was a perfect choice! I'm coming back for the matching dresser soon!!

A good friend of mine had this wonderful couch. Every time I sat on it, I sunk in and felt like a little person on the super deep couch. I asked her where she got it and she said it was a Cindy Crawford Palm Springs model from rooms to go. So when it was time to get a new couch.. this was the first place I opted to visit. I was greeted by Rachel who showed me the couch and a few others. She wasn't pushy and actually gave us time to look around after spending some time with us. I wasn't ready to purchase that day but she gave me her card for when I was ready. Once we had the living room ready, I called her and she helped place the online order. The couch arrived quickly and the delivery was great. They had a great tracking system to see when the delivery will be in. They kept in constant communication via text and emails. When a piece had the smallest scratch on it. I called to let her know and she immediately ordered another to be delivered. The return process was easy for the online ottoman that I purchased and didn't fit. The couch was so large that we didn't have room for it. It was all a very easy process. Not only was the service great, rooms to go have great financing options for those looking. 0% for 3 years with no annual fees.

Furniture was not delivered when salesperson promised it would be - dealing with damage to walls - delivery people lied on 3rd and final delivery and said they were here at 8:59 a.m., but they weren't. Had to call customer service to complain twice, as I was told driver would call me. Dispatch supervisor finally called and claimed they had pictures of being here - lie, as I was sitting right inside the door waiting, and claimed Dispatch called and left a voice mail message - another lie. Worst company that I have ever dealt with. Pillows shipped separately - see photo of box - terrible customer service. I will never deal with them again or recommend them to anyone.

Impressive experience - they have come a long way from the legacy rooms to go. We weren't expecting to purchase today, however Lisa W. Was the cherry on top that gave us the education we needed to make an informed decision. Thank you Lisa - excited for our outdoor furniture to arrive. Also thank you for being so patient with our toddler and baby!

wish I could leave zero stars worst place to buy furniture they don't stand behind what they sale, been trying to get warranty for months and all we get is passed off to a even more worthless company that handles the so. called warranty work bit there a joke spent thousands of dollars for furniture. if you value your money beware of rooms to go , because it's your money that goes and after the sale your on your on run run away from rooms to go

First to start off my sales person was, yovira Fermin, she made zero effort as far as any recommendations or help. Also, she kept my id and by the time I noticed the store was close to closing and no one answered. But that could be also my fault so whatever, but then she did not put in my request for delivery and so my property wasn't delivered the day is should've been because no one knew I existed! The manager told me he was sorry and after my livid reaction, he offered to pay part of the delivery fee. And I say part because he was about $20 short. The next day when it was supposed to be delivered once again it was not. I reached and they made all the excuses in the world and I still did not get my property. 2 days later I was told my stuff would be delivered by 10 am on Friday, it's now 2pm and my stuff is just being delivered and it's damaged. I do not recommend this store or it's workers! Take your money and time elsewhere because they have no consideration for their customers.
