I went to have my hair cut today 12/30/2017 hope to look fresh for a new year. My hair length was pretty long at my waist. I asked to cut about 3-4 inches up and light layers on the back ans sides. She cut it to above my bra line and she literally dont know how to cut women hair. My hair has no layer and the line is not straight, it looks like a stairway, no kidding. She did a HORRIBLE job and no apology after what she did. I do NOT recommend this place at all! She does NOT know how to cut hair!

Love my haircut and highlights! :) True to their name, definitely an expert at color, and super skilled at styling. I have found the salon I will go back to again and again in Tampa.

I came in on Tuesday after going to "Root Touch", and felt at home. I was immediately greeted and asked what was I needed. I needed my hair done that day, but they kindly informed me that they were booked out for morning and evening appointments, and I was cool with this, a sign of good business. My appointment was set for Thursday at 10 A.M. I got Kay washed my hair, she was great, so accommodating and understanding to my crying baby who wanted to sit on me. She gently shampooed my hair. Then my stylist Zemma, came over after I steamed under dryer. Loved that she was knowledgeable of what was going on with the textures of my hair and how to treat it. She did a great trim and style with my hair. I came in for a silk press and she did well. Will be coming back to her.

Ms. Kay is probably the best hairstylist in Tampa. She gained her extensive experience while operating her business in southern California and moved to Tampa couple of years ago. As a Korean person, I think hair skills are superior to hairstylists I met in Washington DC and NYC. And of course this means she is dimensionally better than some mediocre hairstylists who only use machines with haircut grades
