Ross Plaza is an open-air retail center in Tampa with grocery, shopper-favored retailers, services, and restaurants. The location has a great and unique inventory of items, including beautiful and inexpensive party dresses, affordable things for the house, cute shoes, and great little trinkets. Love this plaza! I grew up down the street. You can hop from Ross to the dollar store and then end at one of the food places. Chili's and firehouse are always my go to choices
