Always a mess and disorganized. Hard to shop for things when most items are on the floor, each bin has a mix of 800 different items so has nothing to do with anything, it's so hard to shop here!!!

Terrible location I wish I can give it no negative stars the hiring manager an older yt woman as i finessed my interview with her I can over hear her on the radio saying make sure I don’t walk out with anything absolutely disgusting

Just bought house in the area. Went to buy bedding manager followed me around the entire store like a criminal. It was such a horrible experience I end up leaving I couldn’t stay and shop was so uncomfortable. I asked was she following me of course she ignored me and continued to follow me. Racist experience.

What a disappointment coming here for a return. The women at the register was unprofessional to the max.Nasty attitude bad vibes coming from her. My kids became uncomfortable. No greetings nothing. I bought in a pair of sneakers I purchased for my husband and she kept checking rudely at the shoe than tried to match the price then the description ..then the size ..Bro I got it from a Ross store is it my fault they didn't mark it correctly on the description.[ Pick up 5 itmes and match the ticket description at Ross ..... 50% of the time they aint got the COLOR right ..or the SIZE right half the shit says it's " blk" when it's not ..incompetente employees stick on whatever label they please then we customers are trailed by other enployee posing to be the " correction police" of tags .... The lady at the register called another associate who made a big deal of tag description. I said I'll take it back to the store I bought it from originally ..she said Yes please rudely again. Unprofessional, condescending, and uncourteousy service at its highest. TIME TO CALL CORPORATE. I am seeing a pattern of customer complaining of rude employee . So ridiculous

Unfortunately, I found shopping at the New Tampa store to be a very unpleasant experience, largely because the store personnel are unprofessional and rude at best!

I attempted to purchase a pair of jeans, one was marked down and another wasnt, the numbers on the scale on the ticket were the same. She didn't even make a effort to look at it. Nor to scan it to see if, in fact, that it was marked down being a person that had worked at Ross for about 2 years. I read off the skew to her and she still didn't care. Every other time that I went there it was fine. This young lady did not greet me with my daughter and I came into the store and she did not say hi how are you doing when we went up to the register? Nor did she take the time to even scan to justify It was not the right price after showing her that the barcode and that the marking were the same as she said, the ticket was not placed on there, as they were taking and moving things into the cell Clarence section that was not a very good customer service day. I recommend her getting training again, associates number is 2356998
