Roy Jenkins Pool is a clean, beautiful, and clear pool in Tampa with a very tiny fee. The staff is friendly, charming, and knowledgeable. Lifeguards are on top of things and make visitors feel safe. There is a nice kiddie pool, making it good for all ages. The swimming lessons for children are wonderful at a very good price with a kind and patient teacher. It is a fabulous place to cool off where you can bring your pool noodles and feel right at home.
Excellent neighborhood pool for families with young kids. Our kids loved playing in the kid-friendly pool from about 2 to 7. It was the perfect place for us to go and enjoy some sun and swimming. Could get crowded during the summer, but never too bad since parking is somewhat limited. Lifeguards are attentive.
