Purchase an incredible pair of steel toed pull-on work boots 3 years ago from here. These boots have been used and abused more than I thought possible. Excited to buy replacement pair today!!!

I ordered a pair of boots months ago that were "delivered" at my building but I never received them. When I tried to get help from customer service they told me they couldn't help me since they were confirmed to have been delivered. There was no proof of delivery unfortunately. A lot of back and forth happened to try to get a refund but they refused to compensate me for the missing package. My previous few emails have no responses. I wouldn't order from here because the customer service is pretty bad.

Don’t purchase from a different store and take it to another location ( definitely the plant city store… this manager is very arrogant and quite the jerk) Not realizing how much customers spend at a Russell’s location!I just happen to have a return and was in plant city, he told me I was lucky he didn’t charge me a percentage for returning to a different location than where I bought my merchandise!Think I should look into other companies or buy from the internet, so I’m not insulted from a Christmas return that I purchased for a family member! ( the boots were never worn at too narrow)

Shea, the manager of Russell’s Western Wear, did a fantastic job cleaning, shaping and preparing my hat. She was very friendly and professional. My hat looks great and I will be back to her store.

Hello, I just wanted to say that I bought some boots and the person who helped me did not talk to me at any time about their return policy, of course, I did not ask, assuming that how in all clothing, food, electronic, etc. stores can you return the items, the point is This person responded to my comment saying that they had explained their return policy to me, which is not true, so they are also lying, they ask to check the store's security camera and they will see that what I say is true.
