Locked in a garage, tried to pay online - system does not work. Tried to pay at station - would not open. Called your “help” desk. They were “trying” to log in to get us out. Then they just hung up on me, leaving us stuck in the garage. Now we are trespassed because we were upset we were stuck in the garage and going to miss our show time. Great guest service here. Some real compassion. I had to call 911, good job Safeway

Do not park in these ramps. I parked in the one down my Armature Works and when I was ready to pay I text PAY to the number provided on their ticket and never received a link to pay, after trying this 3 times myself and other members of my party trying we went down to the gate. At the gate it would not let us out no matter how hard we tried to pay and the gate would not open. We were unable to hit the help button because the screen on their system was locked. We called the number on the ticket to explain and they were extremely rudely. They were unwilling to help continued to tell us to push the help button which we were unable to do. Finally after 15 minutes a worker came in a golf cart who was extremely rude. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Shame on this company for the service they provide when a customer is in need of help exiting their ramp because of their computer problems. Instead of apologizing they actually blame the customer.

Safeway Parking Enterprises are straight up scum bags. I did not want to tip valet because when I got my car back there was money missing in my glove compartment, but the company went ahead and charged my credit card 3 times plus tip. So I ended up recieving three $15 charges which my bank could not refund. Despite me talking the the operations manager, Safeway Parking Enterprises has informed me that they cannot refund me any of the charges because the bank has already credited my account. So I sent them bank statements showing they didnt and they have must ignored me and cheated me out of my money. This company conducts funny business!!

I am mainly giving this review 5 stars for the affordable price for parking and the attentive parking attendant. If you are going on the weekend to South Pointe Beach, I couldn't find parking any closer than this garage. So expect to walk a lot to get to that particular beach on the weekends. Forget about trying to park at the parking lot at South Point Beach Park. You will be stuck attempting to get out of the lot with the line of traffic from others trying to find parking in that lot.

Literally parked at a Winn Dixie down in Soho for 10 minutes to pick up my friends to prevent them from driving home drunk (so I was being responsible and a good friend) and I come back to a ticket on my car that I discovered the next morning. I’ve been to Soho countless times and never received a ticket in my life. So thank you for absolutely nothing Safeway, you’re really helping out business that are closed with their parking situation

Self parked at psomi parking in a non designated valet spot, absolutely ZERO valet signs, and a tenent came running over after I had parked saying “that’s valet only, it’s a new spot.” Get the parking spots cones off or have appropriate signs to avoid this confusion

Parked in a lot in St. Petersburg, could not get the link to let me enter my information, tried calling the number, got voicemail every time. Thought I would try later, they never called me back, they towed my truck and it cost ? 166. To get it back.

Started at whisky joes and a safeway shirt guy says resturant is closed go to Rusty Pelican. Was going to go to Rusty pellican and was met by a very rude valet guy with a Safeway shirt. He tells me I can't park in the parking spot I was in. Not marked like the others "valet only" then he asks me to move the car and i have to leave as the resturant is also closed. I told him. Sure but give me a minute my daughter was changing her shirt. I told him that someone from whisky joes is sending people here he should let them know to stop. He said not his problem and he could not walkie talky over there and just walked away. Then 2 min later another guy with a blue shirt comes to me and tells me the same thing. I explained that I was aware and getting ready to leave and I told him I would never come back. His response was very sarcastic and he said "ok great" and he just walked away. I would never trust any of your smug rude employees with my car keys or car. So with that said I will never visit those restaurants ever. I have also alerted them as well.

This company was servicing the C House in Seminole Heights last night and one of their attendants lost the key to the valet stand. They had at least 7 people waiting for their vehicles for over 15 minutes. To top it off, they were still valeting new cars that came in! When they eventually "jimmed" it open - because the actual key wasn't found while I was there - they still asked for $6 for parking. When I, and others refused, due to the inconvenience, they gave us our keys rather than bringing the cars to us - you know, like what valets do. I didn't mind because you can walk from one end of the parking lot to the other in one minute, but it was the lack of professionalism that got me.
