Had the BEST experience shopping for an anniversary gift here with my husband. Ask for Elizabeth - she made the process fun and helped me pick the perfect bag to double as a work bag & travel tote. I've had it a few months now and couldn't be happier with my choice (which wasn't on the floor but after listening to me she knew exactly what I needed). She even texted me to check on my husband and I after the recent hurricanes. The experience was truly delightful and we'll definitely be back to see Elizabeth.

I bought my wife a YSL purse from this store for her push present. I don’t have to tell you the cost of these items, yet when the stitching came undone they refused to standby their craftsmanship and tried to send us to no name cobblers. Apparently their historic Nazi behavior extends to their current customer service practices. Do not buy this brand and especially from this store.

As soon as we walked in, Elizabeth was so nice and made sure to get us all the items we wanted to look at. I came in specifically for the short threader earrings and was so thrilled they were in stock. Elizabeth offered us water, and espresso. We enjoyed our time shopping and will definitely be back next time?

Not only did she help me find the most exquisite pair of heels, but she also made the entire experience unforgettable. She listened attentively to my preferences and made thoughtful recommendations tailored to my style. Lastly, my favorite is that she made the experience personal by writing a special note congratulating me on my achievement and purchase. I'm so grateful to have had her.

Chance and Matt did such an amazing job helping me. I had an issue with an item and they genuinely went above and beyond to offer their assistance. They were also able to assist me in shopping for a beautiful pair of shoes and bag. Thank you so much. I really appreciate the fact that an average woman in leggings with a gaggle of kiddos can be provided with excellent customer service in such a high-end store.
