I did an online order & they cancelled it. I called & the woman claimed they never received it, but I had proof of my order. Thankfully, my $200 order was back in my account immediately & I didn't have to wait 3-5 business days or dispute it with my bank. I prefer the Sally's on Waters avenue in the Walmart plaza, instead of this one.

Went in 30 minutes before closing and I was greeted by Penelope. She was just awesome. Asked me if I needed some help, I spoke to her more or less about what I was looking for, and she helped me. I was conscious in regards to the fact that they were soon going to close, but I loved the fact that Penelope never made me feel rushed and genuinely helped me/answers my questions.The store was clean and organized, and the selection of products was great. Def will be back. Thank you so much Penelope!

Do not buy clippers in sally they will find the way to not give you your money back if you don’t want it. I bough one and decided that I wanted a better one but they say they will not give me my money back($75) even after I read to them the receipt that says if it’s not used I can return it. Ones I read it she found a small black spot that seems like hair and refused to home my money back.

As if people are not having enough problems trying to keep food on the table now Sally’s is expecting people to PAY FOR BAGS!!! Are you insane your products are not cheap. I’ll order my products on-line from a distributor. I don’t like companies who nickel and dime the consumer. For all the customers who were treated poorly STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY IN THIS STORE.

I have been going to this Sally's since they opened and can say that several things need to be addressed by the manager or district manager.1. Some of the people working at this location barely speak or understand English and do not know what you are asking. There's a younger girl maybe in her 20s that works there is able to help you with your products and a young man with blonde hair is also knowledgeable.2. Some associates the Spanish older woman and the Black lady are extremely rude and need to be trained on how to give great customer service.3. They all need to be more knowledgeable on all the products they carry. New stuff comes in all the time and it's an absolute must for them to have knowledge of these items so the customers that come in who are Diyers who want to do they're own hair, nails, wax and anything else can receive the correct info on how to use the product.The store is always kept neat and clean and up to date. Prices are good and they carry a a fair amount of product . Never see out of stocks there. So for the most part this is a really good store with the exception of the associates who really need to be trained. And it's the same people who need customer service and product knowledge classes.

Today I went into Sally’s to buy some green dye hair products for my girlfriend and I found myself with some confusion, so thankfully one of your employees named Mileydis who which first of all attended me with the most perfect and most professional service I could ever encounter. She managed to flawlessly explain to me how to combine dye tints and colors and give me and my girlfriend a better understanding of their awesome products. I’m glad me and my girlfriend got the service we did especially from this specific employee.

Horrible!!! I called the lady with an accent picks up barely understood my question, and told me to hold on- While on hold I could hear her assisting customers, greeting new customers on the way in I guess. Then she comes back 5 minutes later and says maybe next week! I'm like, ma'am I dont even think you were CLEAR on what I was even trying to ask. Smh. I saw the reviews before i called and i always like to TRY to give people the benefit of the doubt, but they were correct. I didn't even have to walk through their door to experience their rudeness. I wouldn't recommend SALLY'S at all anyway, but if you do go to a location skip this 1. Please.

The latina lady with black hair is very rude. There is also an african-american lady who has an attitude. I kindly asked if you speak spanish because I was looking for a specific product whose name in english was unknown to me. No need to look at me in such a condescending manner. And the spanish lady walked away while I was asking her a question. She didn't even looked up my rewards card, even tho I provided her with my phone number. The products are pretty good though.
