Absolutely love the staff on Dale Mabry! Super friendly and helpful. I appreciate being treated kindly. Most beauty supply stores for licensed professionals are inattentive and lack personality. Happy to be a customer.

Stopped in today, south dale mabry location. Did not realize the store only caters to salon professionals. Did not read website...asked if I needed help, asked for license. So bottom line POST on the door that licenses are needed. . Was really embarassed. told me Sally sells to non licensed.

The saleswomen are great and go out of their way to accommodate you even if the product isn’t on the shelf. You need to be a licensed professional, so be prepared to show your ID. Avoid all the hassle and have the SalonCentric app already installed on your phone, they welcome you in and ask first because Cosmoprof next door has serious shoplifting problems.They may ALSO ask you for photo ID upon check out if your credit card doesn’t match the name on the account, you have the choice to store the credit card on file instead!

Worse store ever. Don’t answer, phones, and. after trying six different times to call I finally got someone to answer the phone only to tell me to hold on for a minute. Six minutes later I’m still on hold just to ask a simple question that would’ve taken 20 seconds. You all have lost my business. I will never use this store again.

About a month ago, I visited Salon Centric and was excited because I am new to town and it was highly recommended by my hair stylist. So, when I went in I spent sometime with the assistant manager who mentioned they had a VIP night coming up in 2 weeks. I chose 2 hair products and put them on hold. She said in order to save my CC information I would have to buy something then so I did. She took all of my information including my phone number and I left. The day after the VIP sale I returned excited to pickup my products and the current cashier said they didn't have them. They had replaced their computer systems and lost all CC information. They tried to call everyone she said but I never received a call. Disappointed but trying to be understanding I left my number again for the manager to call me per the cashier's request and tried to be patient. Never received a call. Today I needed the shampoo and conditioner so I figured I would just return. The same assistant manager from my first visit was working and I explained what happened. She said that the manager went on vacation currently and she was on vacation too. Although, the cashier said the manager was going to be in the next day a couple weeks ago. She pulled out a book to see that my presale was recorded but for some reason my number wasn't written down. She told me that it would have to be a corporate thing to allow me to receive my discounted presale items and they would have to be contacted. Of course, at this point it is not worth the time to go through all of that. I am giving this store 1 star because customer service means a lot to me especially when dealing with your personal information. The prices are great but as far as follow through and ownership they have lost my trust as a customer. I would not recommend pre-selling with this store or leaving your information.
