One of my favorite thrift stores. The manager is great. I wish they kept it cooler in there so I could shop longer š

ā¼ļøā ļøEmployees will harass youā ļøā¼ļø
Went in today at 4:40 to buy some clothes. Waited at the dressing room for one to open up. As soon as one opened I proceeded to go in and put all the clothes I wanted to try on down (this included my wallet car keys and phone) once I set my stuff down a tall Indian man comes into the dressing room waving a hanger in my face telling me āleave it and get outā I didnāt hear him and said āhuh?ā He then starts to get loud with me repeating himself. Iām confused and starting to get scared. I try to grab my keys wallet and phone to āget out of thereā like he told me to and heās getting more aggravated! He continues to wave the hanger and pointing out of the dressing room. I grab my things and leave the dressing room. He proceeds to get all the girls clothes from before me and disappears. I go to report this occurrence to a lady at the register and she tells me ā that never happenedā we go back and forth because I am now upset sheās invalidating my experience. She then adds on āI know my coworker and he would never do thatā I tell her I want to speak to someone higher up. She then points me in the direction of a white male with a tie. I go up to him and try to explain the situation (I am beyond frustrated at this point and ask him can we speak somewhere private since the store is now full of people) he tells me heās actually clocked out and about to go. So at this point Iām trying to rush and tell him what happened and this man is not even looking me in the eyes and being dismissive as well. I proceeded to ask for his name and the employees I had a problem with names as well which he refused to give me. As I was leaving the man who blocked me in the dressing & waved the hanger in my face was outside waving at me trying to antagonize me. I managed to get pictures of each person and contacted HR & the police. I will continue to contact HR until something is done about this.

Was walking around for an hour and a half waiting for the women who was stocking to take some speakers out of the stocking bin and put them on the shelf, they have a strict policy on getting anything before it goes on the shelf, after all that waiting some guy just walks up and grabs the speakers out of the bin anyway, at that point I put everything I picked out back and just left. Really bummed out. The no-grab policy only stops decent people from getting the newest arrivals

I'm not from here, I'm just traveling through I found a dress that I really wanted and their policy is to not sell anything without a tag. Considering everything is donated and the manager was right there I offered to pay whatever for the dress. He said it has to go back to a warehouse somewhere to be reppriced so I'll probably never see that dress again. Really puts a bad taste in your mouth.

This was absolutely the worst experience Iāve ever had at a Salvation Army. The staff were rude and inconsiderate and refused to sell items that had the tags with them. The manager Aaron did not know how to treat customers and Kim at the register was hateful towards me. I highly recommend not shopping here and even if you do, theres a good chance youāll be mistreated and they wonāt take your money.

I'm very disappointed. I just moved to Brandon and wanted to check out the local Salvation Army, since I frequently visited the one close to where I used to live. Found a few items I wanted to purchuse for my new place. Waited in a very long line. Once I got to the counter to purchuse my items, the lady who was ringing me in that claimed to be one of the managers said that this old spice rack that couldn't have been more than $5 couldn't be sold since it didn't have a price on it. There was a yellow tag on it (don't know what that means) but I wanted it nonetheless. She put it behind the counter, and I said "no, I want it." She said I couldn't have. Horrible customer service! I didn't end up buying anything because it left such a bad taste in my mouth. I most likely will not be visiting your location, or donating to your location ever again. I'll find other thrift stores that actually care about their customers

The store manager at this location is loud, rude, and has no concept of good customer service, how did he ever land his position? And the lady unloading bins will yell at customers for just even looking at what will be unloaded...unless your her friend and then it's basically help yourself. Ugh, this place isn't worth the time.

The prices are ridiculous. Saw something that still had a hobby lobby tag on it and the price the Salvation Army was asking for was a $1 more than what the hobby lobby tag said. Yet the place was busy not sure what kind of bargains people were finding cause really lots of things found to be overpriced.

They need to stop raising prices. Everything they sell is donated so there's no reason they should be raising prices.

I recently had a distressing experience at your thrift store, and I feel compelled to share my encounter regarding the assistant manager. Unfortunately, my interaction with her was marked by extreme disrespect, false accusations, and an overall lack of professionalism.During our visit, the assistant manager exhibited rude behavior towards us, making baseless accusations about the staff's supposed perfection while addressing minor issues, such as upside-down tags. This attitude created an uncomfortable atmosphere for myself, patrons included. To add to the discomfort, she implied that we the customers, were responsible for the tagging issue, despite it being a thrift store where such occurrences are not uncommon. She would not let us purchase the suspicious items as she claimed she was not allowed to do pricing, however the first 2 items had no tags and she priced them no problem. We explained we wanted the items regardless of the price and if she could hold them once priced and we would come back and pay the proper price, she refused! We spent a good 2 hours there picking these items out! (How rude is that?) itās a thrift store where all items are donated!! As we left the store, feeling dumbfounded and humiliated, we failed to tell the assistant manager that we had discovered a cart near the men's dressing room containing items we hadn't seen on the racks, we decided to explore the cart and retrieved several pieces. It crossed our minds that these items might have been the ones wrongly tagged. While we didn't bring this to the assistant manager's attention due to the distress caused by her accusations, I believe it's essential for the store management to investigate the contents of that cart. This may provide insights into the situation and shed light on whether the items were intentionally placed there by a staff member for a specific reason.I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement, and that steps are taken to ensure a more positive and respectful environment for customers in the future. Customer satisfaction is crucial, and instances like this can significantly impact your store's reputation. She could have made this right by holding the items for us , getting them properly priced, and we were willing to come back and pay the appropriate price. We asked and she refused!!Very very disappointed!

Needed some last minute bottoms for a social event. 6 minutes till closing time the lady cane to the door and locked the door and said we are closed. I thought if the sign said open from 9 to 7pm that means your doors are open till 7 not close at 6:54pm just cause you want to go home.
