I recently needed to buy two scrub tops and pants for my job and was in a rush because I needed them the next day. I called one day 30 minutes before closing and Cara and Jane offered to help me by purchasing the items over the phone because they had to close in 20 mins but I told them that I would come by the next day. I then called the following day 1 hour before they closed because that’s when I got out of work and asked them to put two sizes on hold for me to try on. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and Cara and Jane were nothing but the sweetest and most understanding. The helped me pick the best fit and I am beyond happy with their beyond remarkable customer service. I have worked retail jobs for 3 plus years, and I can confidently say that these ladies are the best of the best and deserve a raise 1000%. Thank you ladies for everything and being the amazing people that you are!

I started off my calling before going in, the person on the phone was nice and cheerful. She answered all of my questions. Upon arriving I was greeted and asked if i needed help, once I told the worker what I was looking for she helped me right away. The store was a little busy for a Sunday but no matter how busy it was the worker helped me out tremendously. I will definitely come back again. The customer service on phone and in store is 10 out of 10.They have many scrub brands to choose from and plenty of colors. There's a fitting room to try on the clothes and even a sales rack! Very nice place. It's located in a plaza so there's plenty of parking spaces.

We stopped at the store with my daughter about a month ago looking for Koi scrubs pants and we couldn't be more pleased with Vivian! Kind customer service and the selection of our scrubs pants available at the store.Highly recommend Scrubs and Stuff !

I called to see if I can get a store credit for a scrub that I didn’t have a receipt for. Spoke to Jane, she asked me “Well, when did you buy it.” And then respond saying “I don’t have a receipt to know when I bought it.” She respond, “Well I need to know a time frame. Was it a week ago, two weeks ago, a month?” And I said “Maybe? I’m really not sure.” She then huffed and starting saying “Well hold on cause I’m in the middle of doing an email..” and I just stopped her there and told her “You know what I’ll call back when you have time to help.” And I disconnected the call. I then called the Clearwater location and spoke to Larry, Larry was able to tell me they will be able to look up my receipt when I come in. He was able to answer my question in less than 1 minute. Even if Jane is required to ask these question prior to providing an answer, telling a customer to hold on cause she’s busy writing up an email is very rude. Makes it seem as if I interrupted her and made her lose her focus.

This was a great experience for my daughter, and I who came in to buy her first pair of scrubs. Judy, the owner was extremely helpful in making sure that we found exactly what she needed. This is where we will continue to shop for all her work needs. I highly recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I feel ill-equipped to expressMy overwhelming gratitude, that I spontaneously found myself in Scrubs N Such, in prep for buying scrubs for a new travel RN position.First, not only was I enthusiastically & warmly Greeted by Vivian(Scrubs N' Such Associate with a wealth of knowledge & whom during my time shopping became my own personal concierge in discovering new scrub styles, sizing, & color matching among Brands)upon entering the store,I was also, literally comfortably, & kindly guided/ assisted with such attentive care of while navigating the store's options and selections, & never had to leave the dressing room once for a size change or upon discovering a certain set of scrubs didn't fit properly (Vivian seemed to work through her own personal algorithm in her head of scrub brand associations, & would return with a different set of scrubs that would fit perfectly).This level of customer service is unmatched, in comparison I probably spent a total of ~1 hour in the store to buy 4 pairs of scrubs. The last time I was in a scrub store because of the overwhelming options & sizing differences I spent ~3-4 hrs in there for various factors but one primary piece was lack of initial interaction with customer service being informative & consistently following up. So if you want an efficient experience, don't just go in and "browse," head on in when Vivian the Scrub Guru is working & tell her what you're there for & she can help guide you to what you'll ultimately buy ? Finally, Scrubs n' Such is the only store in the area that sells Mini Marilyn scrubs, which are my absolute favorite scrub top & bottoms of all time.Check it out, listen, & let them assist you, and you won't be disappointed❤️❤️❤️

Since entering a medical field I have visited scrubs n stuff 3 times! The first time the attendants were present, and kind. The last two times Jennie helped me and was sweet and understanding. One day, I came in close to closing (because it was as quickly as I could get there from work). I was apologetic and tried to make it a quick in & out trip. When I checked out a few minutes past 7pm Jennie was understanding, and didn’t make me feel rushed. That speaks for itself!
They are able to order different sizes or colors if the style you prefer isn’t in stock. This is something I recommend utilizing if you need a specific color or a petite sizing as I did.

I stopped in for the first time based on a coworker recommendation and I am so glad that I did! A very friendly and knowledgeable salesperson Carmen helped me choose a good pair of shoes to keep my feet from hurting since I stand all day at work. They had a very nice selection of scrubs, shoes and accessories. I will definitely go back!

Amazing employees. A beautiful young woman at the Tampa N. Dale Mabry store worked hard to help me find the right-fitting scrubs for school and work (words can't even describe how overwhelmed I was and how much she helped and I never asked her name ?) Jennie followed-up with communication on multiple occasions and then, helped TREMENDOUSLY with shipping (love her positivity and attitude- she made me smile), and Jane sent me a personal congrats note with my school scrubs and winning Cherokee scrubs. A new chapter in my career started off with such positive people. Means a lot. Thank you to all of you ??
