He did nothing. Said he did not have serial number or model number. Left without letting us know if he was coming back or not. I asked him to call to get the numbers.
but he did not acknowledge nor did he look at the inside of the dishwasher. I did explain to him about it leaking water and also the rubber sealants around the door being worn as well as the rust at the bottom of the washer. He did not, again, acknowledge what I was telling him. I would not recommend this person to anyone. I am truly disappointed with the service which in reality, I did not receive. Apparently, I will have to, again, make an appointment for someone to come out to my house to repair my appliance.

He was pleasant enough. Seemed defensive when pressed for info why part not available. So, unable to repair.
Not his fault.
Perhaps I could have avoided the cost if there were an actual person to speak with when scheduling appointment. Can't give/get info needed.

Great service to repair and replace our broken glass door on GE double oven. Associate was punctual, courteous and professional. We would use Sears Home Services again.

We had a problem with our washing machine sporadically not draining completely. Jim our A&E technician was able to diagnose the issue and corrected the problem. He was very professional and provided some helpful tips.

Kenny knew what was wrong when he came out to assess the problem with the refrigerator and why it stopped working. He ordered the parts, they came in a few days. He set up an appointment when he was at the house initially and tried to make sure he would be the one to fix the problem. He ordered a Capacitor and a compressor since one was out and the other on its last leg. Sears approved both units on my Protection plan and Kenny came out the day he had set up, took several hours which we knew in advance and the refrigerator is running like a brand new one. I am so Happy and pleased. Thank you Mr. Kenny for doing such a fine job, I now can restock for my other food had to be thrown out.
