Love this place. Beautiful grounds and great apartments. The maintenance team of Javier M. and Angel have been great. Javier was very personable and did a great job on our repairs while Angel went the extra mile to help us. Front desk staff is also super kind and always looking to help.

I recently had a few things in my apartment go haywire and within like 2-3 hours, Javier (maintenance), had everything functioning correctly! He worked with a smile and sense of urgency. An efficient and reliable guy!

I lived here for 1 year and have many great things to say. All repairs was done within 48 hours, very nice staff, and plenty of parking. My only complaint is at end of lease, then wanted to increase my rent roughly $150 more.

We toured this place earlier today and we were dumbfounded. I have never seen so many hornets in my life and I honestly don't understand how none of the reviews mention a clear hornet infestation. On both of the models that we saw there were multiple hornets nest lining the screen and clearly more were across the adjacent building. We were afraid to walk the grounds and saw multiple hornets just in getting back to the car. Everything else looked great so if this problem is solved, then we would have considered this a great option.
