I don’t normally post reviews but had the best experience and felt like I needed to share. I came in with my mom and my aunt today and the three of us were in serious need of a new makeup. Marissa was so patient and knowledgeable and recommended the best products. She helped us for almost 45 minutes and made the experience personal and friendly. We bought EVERY product she recommended and it was well worth it. Ceejay helped us check out since we bought so many products and she was also extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the rewards program and services they offered. This store gets really busy and can be overwhelming but both ladies made us feel comfortable and did an amazing job today.

I had to go back in to return a foundation that didn't work for me and be color matched again. The gal did all the running around finding different products and ultimately found the perfect shade for me! I really appreciated her doing that as I wasn't able to wander the store.

Very poor customer service. I was recommended to come and try a product. It was a loose powder. My coworker got sampled before. I came in for a sample for some reason I couldn’t get a single. I had to buy it. After purchasing going back to work, my workers told me that they had to sample and show me the samples. With that being said, I don’t know what the policy is but they need to be on one accord here because I’m truly offended that I was forcing to buy something when somebody else got a sample. I returned the product and will never shop at the store again.

I made a makeup appointment on my Sephora app for Saturday 12/28 at 1:45pm with Andrea. I arrived to the store and let an associate know I was there for an appt, and a few moments later Andrea met me at the makeup station. She asked what type of event I was attending, what I was wearing, what type of product do I use, and other important questions prior to getting started. She listened to me and chose products based on my answers. She checked in with me throughout the makeup application to make sure I was ok with what she was doing, so far. She completed the full face look within the hour and I was out on time. My makeup looked amazing and stayed on the entire night. I received so many compliments, and I felt very confident in my appearance. I would highly recommended booking a makeup appointment with Andrea. I’ll definitely be back to see her for future events.

The store cancelled my today’s order. It was a present! Totally spoilt my day. And the chat and application don’t work normally. It all was after I spent more than an hour trying to get the same day shipping of these items and finally ended ordering pick up, because there was some issue with the application. On my way there I receive a cancellation email. Worst service ever.

I was visiting Tampa to see some friends. We were shopping at Sephora and I asked where I could find a specific NARS lipstick. An employee whose name tag read Karla turned around and walked away without saying anything so my friends and I followed her, assuming she was leading us to the NARS section. She screamed at them that she would show me the lipstick, but not them, and insinuated that gay men shouldn’t be wearing makeup or following her around the store. I was so appalled by her behavior and obvious harassment of my friends that I left my basket on a shelf nearby and walked out. I’ve never received such poor service before at a Sephora. Next time I will go to Hyde Park or just stick to Ulta where my friends aren’t harassed by homophobes.

I went to Sephora today to buy creams and make up . The first girl that was helping , she looked like she didn’t want to help . After I finish my total was 400 dollars I paid with a 200 gift card and than credit card it took like 20mins to process everything . The lady that was helping place an order online place 2 items of the same thing . Plus she didn’t even put my account number . So disappointing I couldn’t get my free stuff . So upset

I just left this store during peak holiday traffic. The store is packed and it's hard to move. However I want to acknowledge the service the employees provided during the busiest time of the year.
I was helped multiple times by different staff. They were friendly and even made sure to triple check they didn't have a specific product in the size I was looking for. (They didn't but I bought the bigger size anyway). The line was very long but they kept it moving quickly and smoothly.
Thank you for excellent service when you're definitely overwhelmed.

I just started shopping here in the past few months, and every time I come in it’s such a great experience. So far I’ve been helped by Kristina, Jackie, and Shayna, and all three of them are truly amazing in their own ways! Super good-natured, knowledgeable, hospitable people. They genuinely care about your needs and always give very thoughtful recommendations. I always leave feeling like more than just a customer. Nothing but great things to say!

One of the employees asked if I needed help and I asked if the conditioner I want comes in smaller size and she said “you can go around the checkout line and whatever they have on the shelf is what they have”. If you don’t want to help then don’t ask at all. However the ladies at fragrance and hourglass sections were wonderful and they were very patient and helpful.

Dario was super sweet. He was honest with me and recommended a different brand of foundation that so far works great with my skin. I usually go to the Wesley Chapel location but I’ll definitely be coming back to this one ♥️
