I have had repairs done to my car on 2 separate occasions. The customer service is stellar. They are very professional and courteous at all times. Most recently, Saul was my point of contact and he went above and beyond to make sure my experience was outstanding. I would highly recommend using them for your repair needs.

GREAT SERVICE!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! This center received my car after someone tried to steal it and destroyed my vehicle. I was so upset and stressed out, but from day 1 my service manager Saul took great care of me. He was understanding, kind and patient. Saul went above and beyond at every turn!!! Saul is a SUPERSTAR!!! He knew my situation as a single mom that needs a car, and made sure that I was updated on the progress everyday. I could not have asked for a better experience, I thought. That is until I met the rest of the staff. This team really made this experience a good one despite the circumstances. Everyone was professional, and so very kind!!! Carlos the manger took great care of me and had my car detailed and ready for pick up ahead of schedule. I was so surprised that even with the thanksgiving holiday they were able to pull this off. Carlos was even able to arrange for my enterprise car return and they brought me back to my car which saved me hours in traffic at 4 pm Tampa Traffic and money for an Uber. Claudia, Jacob and Kassandra all played a very important part to help keep me updated and provided assistance. Service King is affordable and did not drain the pocket book either. Take my word for it, I wont go anywhere else after this experience and I will recommend service King to everyone. From myself and my kids we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!!!

Excellent customer service - from the moment I walked in. I was greeted by Saul. He promised that he would stay in touch with me every step - so said so done. We had great conversation about his passions (cars) and the importance of integrity within customer service. I am extremely pleased at the outcome. My car looks brand new! Attention Management Team of Crash Champions of Tampa @ 1601 Bush boulevard location. I was a little hesitant about this location services in and not favorite neighborhood area. I am however very please beyond words. Mr. Saul Albanil was top notch proving me with Great service from day one until I was finish everything. He has the most respect for his customers and truly cares. He walked me through the procedure, answer any questions that I want it to be asked every single time plus kept me up-to-date on everything I am again very pleased that I have came to the location to get my car repairs done and I was highly highly recommend this location. Matter fact everyone at the shop was very friendly. Every single time I spoke to them and you don’t get that every day these days. I truly appreciate it and I will make a recommendation to anyone go to this location they going to take care of you. Five stars wish I could rate higher.Antonio

My experience with Service King has been almost as stressful as being in my accident itself. The communication has been horrendous. My initial service advisor suddenly disappears after a month of working with me and leaves a bunch of things unfinished. My car was in the shop for a little over a month and I had no choice but to pick it up as my insurance would not continue paying for my rental car. On arrival there were many issues that needed to be adjusted such as the trunk not closing properly, many gaps in the trunk and rear bumper, trunk lining had a hole in it still, and the roof molding was never replaced. The molding was damaged due to the mechanics breaking my rear windshield which they were able to replace (fortunately). It has been over 3 months and Service King has yet to finish what they started. My new service advisor has been good and has been responsive on my calls, but no one is able to finish my bc at for whatever reason. If time is important to you, I’d look at another collision center to fix your vehicle in a timely manner.Services: Painting

I recently brought my car to Service King for some repairs. While the repairs themselves were done well, my experience at the shop was very disappointing. After getting my car back, we noticed a foul odor coming from it. Upon further investigation, we discovered some leftover lunch under the driver's seat - a piece of rancid meat that had been there for many days. I was horrified to think that my family and I had been breathing in the stench for days.To make matters worse, my wife has developed an upper respiratory infection as a result of exposure to the bacteria from the rotten meat. She will now have to miss work to recover from this illness. This is completely unacceptable, especially since we had gone to the trouble of having the car cleaned and detailed before dropping it off at Service King.I urge the management at Service King to take immediate steps to prevent incidents like this from happening in the future. They need to ensure that their staff is properly trained and that cars are thoroughly inspected and cleaned before being returned to customers. I hope that this review helps other potential customers make an informed decision about using their services.

I came in to get basic information about the business and do business. The front desk girl was nice but insincere. The guy sitting in a desk behind her was arrogant and proud, acting as if he was doing me a favor with me coming to spend my money at a business he works for. I will not be spending my money there because he was very ignorant and I couldn’t trust my car in their hands, he wouldn’t give me straight and clear answers so I doubt I could trust his words. My Insurance company also advised me over the phone to take my car to another place due to his behavior, beware. I walked in and walked out amazed at the pride in simple workers, as if he ran the entire business. I should’ve done my due diligence and gotten his name for this review but he was sitting in the desk to the far right. I also caught him gossiping like a little girl when I walked back in with the front desk girl. Bad employees lost their boss business.

Absolutely not!They collected money from me they weren't supposed to. I objected because my insurance, Progressive, sent me to them and said all costs were covered.ServiceKing ended up getting paid by both me and Progressive and they held onto the money without reimbursing my claim.Finally Progressive called me (credit to them) and was surprised. Only after repeated calls to both parties did ServiceKing "approve" returning my money to me and they framed it like it was a favor or a kindness and not a mistake on their part.I absolutely would never do business with SK again
