I went to the Shell this morning that I use for my business, I had a problem with the pump, not working on not one time, but twice, running slow and not working, went inside to tell the guy right off the bat had an attitude I pre-paid for another pump that I'm not pulled up to yet another guy pulls up to that pump. He gets annoyed and throws a huge attitude and is very unprofessional which caused me to lose my temper. I will never use this shell again. Bad customer service. The guy at the front should get an attitude adjustment and learn how to treat customers. Especially ones that used them for his whole family but will be canceling all Shell account today.
