Pump wouldn’t read my card after waiting in line for 30 minutes due to everyone in town getting gas for the upcoming hurricane. Walked inside to be told that I can not pay with cash or card inside and would have to try to wait in a new line at a different pump and hope the card works there. I asked why I cant pay inside and was told, “my manager said so.” Now this is the least of my worries after reading other reviews saying the gas from there ruined there vehicles. Will never be back and hope the gas I did get isn’t tainted

This was the only station where I would fill up my bike. Because going to work it has a Dunkin Donuts Coffee, a 7/11 and is well lit up. Going home there is a turn arrow to cross Dale Mabry.Until... I purchased gas in October and it started running like I put cheap gas in it. I only fill up with the 93 octane. My bike was spitting and sputtering. I tried to run the tank through and it continued to run worse, the less fuel I had in my tank.I finally called Harley and I had the bike towed to the dealership. The dealership stated on the receipt when I picked up my bike that the issue was "Bad Gas" $306 repair bill.There was no way someone could have added anything to my tank. I ride a retired Police bike and it has a locking fuel cap.After I picked up my bike and got it home, I tried to call the station, only to find out the phone number listed had been disconnected. So I went down to the station in person with all my receipts, including what I paid for my fuel. I asked for the manager and was told they were not there. I left my number with the attendant and asked to have management call me. Well that never happened.So much for being a loyal customer. $321.31 later tank drained, new spark plugs and a tank of gas. This is how I'm treated?I have now gone to communicating with corporate. I have a case # and I am now waiting for a response.As a long time customer, I feel very disappointed how this matter is being treated.UPDATE: my claim was denied. Disappointed, will never use this station again. Maybe just the Dunkin CoffeeThis letter is in response to your recent experience at a Shell branded station where you allege you received contaminated fuel. This is a station supplied with motor fuel by an independent wholesale distributor, rather than by Shell directly.

I never had problems there visiting in the morning or evening. There have only been a couple times that I had to go into the store for a receipt. You do see some characters hanging around but they have never bothered me.I like going to this gas station because it's convenient. They have a DD in the store, along a major road, and not packed during rush hour. Also if you use gas apps, they usually appear with some amount of extra discount or cash back.

Horrible customer service. I did not get a receipt from the outside, with my car wash code, and the lady inside said I needed to get in line (behind 8 others). I had paid....they were all waiting to pay for something. She could have just given me my receipt with code, which took 3 seconds.

It's a gas station. Idk why people are looking to get pampered and expect to have hotel concierge service. Anyway, I digress. The ladies at the Dunkin drive thru are always very pleasant and kind. The air machine actually works and gives you plenty of time. Not to mention it takes CC/Apple/Android pay in addition to coins. Maybe if the air machine breaks, I'll write a negative review.....on a gas station...
