I love these shoes. They have great comfort and I like them in white. The white shoes look cleaned up and has a better overall look. This is by far the best I've ever bought from Sketchers. I have 11 pairs for myself and now I've bought for my husband too. He commented the arch support was wonderful. Now my adult kids are into them. And they can't believe how great they feel to walk in. Forever Fan!!!

The people that are great give you assistance as soon as you walk in it's just shoes for mechanics are not there that's why I came there thinking that they would have an Oxford shoe that is good for men with flat oil resistant and slip resistance not available there

Just left Sketchers and Maleso (not sure how to spell it!). Had a pair of shoes in clearance for regular price of $24.99, and the sale price was $24.97. She stated that when I cash out, she would mark it down for 19.97. When I went to cash out... she changed her mind and said she never said that. Liar! If you are not familiar with making a sale, you need another job. Her whole demeanor changed and was rude as she refused to correct her mistake. Poor service and bad attitude as a sales clerk.

Walked in and asked for a simple pair of shoes in my size and the rep that greeted me didn't help at all, she just said to me to look for my size and get whatever I want. My question is, why didn't she show me what she had in simple shoes or walked me over to the size of shoes that I was looking for? That is not customer service at all. This was my first and last time going into that store. I was not impressed whatsoever.
