It was such an amazing experience. I hate bra shopping, but the Customer Service was so good. I found myself taking time and really listening to the feedback they gave me. And it was excellent Feedback. I walked out with two new bras and I couldn’t be happier.

Have been a Cool Nights Consumer for years. Not anymore… please bring back Pajamas that have Tee Shirt Style Tops WITH PRINTS ON THEM. They are more discreet and make for a nice matching set, for us older women who have difficulty opening buttons.

Just left. Visiting, I went in today at 3:30pm on 3/10. I was happy to get about 4 new brassieres with the sale. The employee was there staring ahead with a stank face and did not greet my presence at all. We met eyes. I then saw her give attention to the customer after me, so I left. Disappointed.

Shout out to Ashely!!!
I couldn’t have left with more of a life changing bra;
Almost cried in the fitting room when I found out I’ve been wearing the wrong bra size for 28 years ??
With Ashely’s help I was able to leave Soma more satisfied then I’ve been able to with a man!!!
Definitely says something!!!

The 3 ladies working Sunday did not smile, welcome you, talk to you and looked absolutely miserable. When asked a question, they were dismissive and curt. Disappointed. Bought my stuff and left. Back to shopping online.
