When I lived here I definitely appreciated the small complex and pretty much knowing most of the people living there. Nate the maintenance man is super friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small and you only get 1 assigned spot. The complex across the street doesn't have guests parking so sometimes the parking lot is full. The manager tried to assert parking rules but it changed every other month. The rent was affordable. The walls are thin, you can hear someone sneezing next door. Great location. No pool, gym or office. The manager is responsive through email.

Nate makes this place a great place to live. He and the maintenance team are friendly and we appreciate it! Other processes could be improved, but overall it's a good deal!

If there is a Spectrum store here, there is no signage and no parking for it. Rather awkward experience driving around an apartment complex looking for any kind of signage - especially when it isn't to be found

We’ve lived here for two years and love the apartment compared to other large complexes in the area, everything has been much simpler and easygoing. The maintenance team is awesome and fixes things quickly, very friendly!

I lived there for 1 year and the property manager Jonna was always pleasant and helpful. Every time I had a question or concern she was on it right away. She made moving in and out a smooth transition.

I lived at the Artisan for 2 years, if rent prices hadn't skyrocketed, I would have moved out much sooner. The Manager Joanna is an absolute nightmare, she is unprofessional and aggressive, she is so bad that she cannot keep an assistant on staff for more than 6 months making getting in contact with anyone very difficult.
Any grass or mulch area around the apartments have so much dog feces that the parking lot and surrounding area reek. When people move out and leave furniture by the dumpster it is left there for months on end to mold and attract bugs. The stairwells are cleaned once a year and get horribly dirty form residents trash dripping when being taken out. I moved out 6 weeks ago and have not received my security deposit back despite Joanna promising that is has been mailed, she also refuses to provide proof that the check has been mailed. There is no office for the artisan, so you are at the mercy of their email and voicemail which are very rarely checked. I would avoid this place at all costs.

I have lived at The Artisan on MacDill for 3 years and am signing another lease. The rent is reasonable, the location is convenient and, most importantly, the management takes care of business. If you ask for something they do their best to make it happen, especially Jonna. I have recommended these apartments over and over again.
