Love my hairstylist, but the scheduling system and his terrible. My husband went at 9:25 AM to see his stylist at 10 AM and was told to wait. Meanwhile, someone else signed up for first available and the stylist was forced to see him first even Though he was sitting there waiting for 30 minutes. This has happened in the past and it’s a problem they don’t want to address. I would avoid this place if possible.

So glad I picked this location out of all the other options to get a haircut. I have to say Tina is an exceptional professional—warm, charismatic, and incredibly thoughtful. She delivers a personalized, seamless experience that far surpasses the typical standard at other Sport Clips I have been to across the country. Her expertise shines through in her tailored recommendations; the hair product she suggested smells fantastic and works perfectly. Thanks again and I look forward for my next visit!

Don’t go to Sports Clips if you would like to enjoy sports while getting a cut. I went this morning expecting to be able to watch Wimbledon as I received my cut. I respectfully requested to switch at least one of the televisions to Wimbledon, only to be told Shark Week was on! There was no other customer when I made the request. Sports Clips joins the long line of retailers that has abandoned customer service.

Mariah just cut my hair. She was extremely rude and impatient. She rushed my hair cut. I wanted my beard trimmed and eyebrows. I was too rushed out to even say anything. I have never met anyone so unfriendly at any barber or salon in the 39 years I have been getting haircuts. Truly unbelievable. She did not listen to what I wanted but instead kept giving me reasons why I was wrong. I will never return to a sports clips again. I got a 5 minute $5 haircut for an hour wait and $34. I should have went anywhere else. Jeeze. To say I’m upset is an understatement.

Anna has been cutting my hair for 5 years and has done a phenomenal job each and every time. It’s a good location overall and have had great haircuts with the other stylist on occasion. Anna is the best and would recommend her to everyone. I always walkout looking like a new person and feeling good thanks to her.
