They need to fix there check in system. Everytime I check in online and then arrive on time, the appointment always get pushed up another 15-20 Minutes. They need to figure out there system and appointment times. This is ridiculous ?

Great online check-in process. Can be busy at times. Even with long wait times, you can come in right before its your turn with online check in. Kaila does a great fade on my haircut & there is a shampoo with scalp massage after. She is very consistent with my cut.

They do a nice job. I usually roll with first available. 4/5 cuts are usually solid. MVP is refreshing. Check in online if you don't want to wait it out there. Its pretty seamless.

I don't remember the name of my barber, I just remember that she's newer (sometime in the past 6 months) and how unprofessional of a job she did cutting my hair. I know this is just Sports Clips and shouldn't really expect a great cut, but this woman does not know what she's doing. Not sure if there is a shortage of barbers, but this location must be desperate to be keeping a barber as bad as this......Service: Haircut

Checked in online, about 5 minutes before I arrived the app refreshed and my name was no longer there. Checked in again and arrived to an empty lobby but all 3 stylist with a customer. 2 finished and then disappeared and waited for the list of people who checked in after the system error, 30 minutes turned into an hour, and the stylist that finished first just kept walking around ignoring people. Worst experience I’ve ever had at sports clips.Service: Haircut
