If I could give 0 stars I would. I was referred to this church for help and was told they helped so many people. Today, September 26, 2023 at 12:48pm, when I got out of my Uber, I was greeted with such rude behavior by 3 of the “church” staff members. The disgusting behavior was puzzling especially sense the organization has to do with serving God’s people - which is what I assumed I would be greeted with. It’s okay through. I can’t wait to get over this downfall in life so that I can show St. Vincent the right way to serve the community and help others with wholeheartedness. May God be with us All!Edited:Instead of St. Vincent Church apologizing for the impolite behavior of its staff members, their response to my review was to tell me about the days the location was open. Great ??

Tried to donate 4 bags full of very well kept clothes, got there at 12:00 on a Saturday, schedule says open until 2:00pm, they didn’t accept the donation because they were closing, what??? Asked again and didn’t accepted, ok… drove a mile and gave it to Salvation Army…

By far the most expensive thrift store in the whole of Tampa Bay. Their pricing of second hand items are comparable to brand new, never used Target department store items. They wanted $10 for a small, 5-inch glass bottle, $5 for a simple plate, and $200 for a chair. I've given this store three chances over the past few years, and every single time I leave empty handed, sorely dissapointed, and regret wasting my time for even bothering giving them the benefit of the doubt. Usually, I would leave reviews on a positive note with something the store is notable for in terms of specialty goods, or unique items... but I honestly can't say the store has any redeeming quality to be said. Their items are mundane and overpriced; the complete opposite traits necessary for a successful thrift store.Tldr; St. Vincent de Paul is extremely overpriced and has no redeeming qualities. It's not worth your time or money.

There were some really good deals, and some I thought were a little high. Still a worthwhile organization, but the women at the front are very snooty. Very condescending. The brown haired woman was kind of friendly, but the grey haired and the "blonde" need personality lessons. Hearing them talk to customers , as well as their conversations between each other makes you wonder who they think they are. Having to deal with them makes me think twice about going back.
