Luis Hernandez was a great salesman. He was very welcoming and not at all pushy, which was very important to me. Javier Bascomb, the sales manager, was awesome as well. He wanted my business, and it showed. He went over and beyond to make sure I had the car I wanted and the payment I was comfortable paying.

I find it unacceptable the kind of customer service provided by some employees at Toyota Gettel Stadium. If I purchase Toyota oil and politely ask an employee if I can leave 3 quarts for proper disposal at Toyota, I don’t understand why the answer has to be a firm “no,” especially when we are loyal customers of the same brand.
In addition, the way they address customers is very disrespectful. Mr. Francis should honestly be sent to Japan to learn what true customer service vocation is, because it seems that here it’s only about attending customers just to make money, and that should not be the case.
On the other hand, Mr. Mike also treated me poorly. I respectfully asked him a question, and he simply sent me to the manager standing next to him and then ignored me completely. Most of these employees are Latin, and I truly believe dealership managers should send them all to Japan for proper training in respect and customer service.

We really liked our sales reps, Jad and Marcos. They took a lot of time to educate us on the features of the Grand Highlander Hybrid Max. We are very happy with our purchase.
The financing portion of the transaction was exceedingly long and exhaustive, even though I was already pre-approved. Otherwise, I would have given a 5/5.

I had an amazing experience at Gettel stadium Toyota. I purchased a 2025 Corolla and got the best deal ever. Stadium Toyota has the best prices in town and beats every other dealerships prices. I’ve done lots of research to find the perfect car and they had exactly what we wanted at an amazing price. I will most definitely be back again to exchange my lease when that time comes. I was given a quote on the phone, then made an appointment for the next day. Nancy honored the quote with no high pressure tactics that I experienced at other dealerships.
